Terrible company. I arranged a cross country move. Belongings were supposed to be insured. They delivered a table broken. Once they dropped the things off, they told me they would contact me for insurance information but never did, they also wouldn't return my calls. Once they get their payment and their tip, the smiles and the phone calls are all gone.

My company had a VERY large shipment and Donna and her team were great to work with. The pickup and delivery went on with zero issues. Thank you all for your support!

After the move,we got an additional bill for third party charges For $722 for charges not informed of prior to move, $200 extra for a delivery fee that should only be $35. Driver demanded crating a TV That was not necessary and 3rd party had to cone back out which was an added charge.

My widowed mother moved using this company and they contracted some guys to move her. They stole a bunch of her stuff and charged her to use the entire truck otherwise they wouldn’t move all of her stuff. On top of that they packed the front of the truck very poorly to where there was gaps in the front of the truck so less stuff would fit. She ended up having to throw a ton of stuff away. Avoid this company. They contract unreliable and untrustworthy individuals to help people move.

We booked United for our move across country. In our building, we have to reserve our elevator and pay to use it. Dispatch chose to do an early pickup and made us schedule the elevator reservation. On the day of the move, they never showed up… We tried to contact dispatch and corporate management and they weren’t helpful. We even contacted a regional manager multiple times, in which she forgot who we even were after calling 30 min prior… DO NOT HIRE! Worst moving experience of our lives. We lost so much money and it prolonged our move for days..

They are the worse used allied van line 4 years before good experience paid more but was well worth it . Damage to both properties were bad had to leave first house asap and repair walls didn’t have time to have it done professionally which is the right way they offer 200.00 still waiting on that . House we moved to same problem they are willing to investigate and make a decision and then use there people. There is more, like the damage to my furniture and house hold items to the neighbors lawn the police showing up because of a dispute over money with helpers and driver . It was never ending and they won’t due anything but offer me a extra 100.00 .

Nobody returns any calls back, all paths lead to no where. Had a scheduled appointment to get a quote but never followed up within 24 hrs as stated to confirm. Avoid this company, there are much better.

Booked for a move two weeks ago for today at 8:00AM, employee Sahid Rosas confirmed and gave quote of $700 for a 1 bd move. Confirmed the move and tried contacting them with no response. At 10:00 am he shared they were running late, then 12 no call no show. I would absolutely steer way clear of this company!

Called for a quote. A guy came over and quotes me almost 5K for a one bedroom move from Chicago to FL when other companies quoted me 2K or below.No explanation given as to why these prices were MORE THAN DOUBLE what other very reputable companies have to offer. Not sure what's so special about them that one is expected to pay more than double of what the market offers. Will not be using them and won't recommend either.

Called for a quote.
