Reserved this hall for a birthday party, the management said we could set up the day prior any time and when we got there at 2pm, they said they can't do it until 430, the day of our event we were planning to do an open bar, and 3 hours prior to the event they tell us we cannot have an open bar. Lots of going back on words. Poor management, look elsewhere for a venue if you don't want a headache.

Had my mom's 70th birthday here 3 weeks ago. I was told I would have servers no servers. I was stuck serving in my dress. The centerpieces Wendy explained, was not complete with the mirror at the bottom. I also had to run out to Walmart to buy warming candles for the warmers. I thought we would have the bar in our actual party. No to that also. I chose this place definitely because of the servers or I would have paid less to go to BeeCool or the Black owned business on Washington. Needless to say I won't be back I guess no one else soon anyway. Reached out to the owner he stopped responding. Yeah definitely a better use for this place. On to the next...

My niece Madison had her quince at the Milan. It was nice and clean the dance floor was amazing. Food was amazing as well. I highly recommend it.

My niece Madison had her quince at the Milan. It was a great experience very clean. The Dancefloor was amazing. The food was great. They also had top shelf of alcohol. ;) highly recommended.

The bathrooms were filthy! We paid for the location and they did not come in and clean the bathrooms from the night before. Disappointed and disgusting!

Attended my first quinceanera here and had a blast. The venue was beautifully decorated and had really cool lighting features. The temperature in the room was perfect (so often it is hard to regulate temps in a room that size). The food was served buffet style and was delicious and plentiful. My table was among the last to get in line and the buffet food was still perfect. The bar was small but had a good selection of beer, wine and alcohol. The dance floor was huge and accommodated a lot of dancers. Nice place.

Staff was very helpful. The food selection was great this time. The outside parking needs better lighting and needs some sprucing up. Great place to hold an event.

Nice banquet hall, just the servers should realize that people paid to be there certain time, they need at least to drink water and not to clean everything included flower arrangements from tables hour before the end.

I’ve had my wedding there 11 years ago and I regret it till this day , I also had been there for 3 other events ever since and they are always out of soap and napkins at the womens restrooms and when you ask them they give you Attitude and take their time to come to give them to you, just my over all experience was not pleasant. Hope this helps and find some other place that is worth the money! I did paid them over 10k and food was not good at all .
