this company is a disaster. After repeated inquiries by phone and email for a bill update with no answers, we received monthly bills showing zero balance until we received a letter from a bill collection agency saying our account was in arrears for over 30 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This company is the worst. I followed the rules and ordered propane delivery when my tank was at 35% (they instruct to order at 30%). Ten days later, and multiple calls requesting expedited service, and a winter storm, and they have still not delivered. I've conserved to try and scrape by until they can deliver, yet they say the won't be able to make a delivery for another four days. In my call with a customer service representative they admitted they don't have enough drivers to make deliveries. Of course, since they own the tank, I can't order a delivery from another company. I now am faced with having to get a hotel room to stay in because there is not enough propane to heat my house to livable level. Buyer beware! When you need them most, Pinnacle Propane will not be there for you and will imply that it's your problem and not theirs.

Called 5 days ago for a delivery and still haven't gotten it. Did prepay in the summer so have already paid for the propane. Was told it was taking 8 to 10 days to get a delivery. That is ridiculous! I will run out before then. Guess you have to call when your tank is half empty ! Will be switching companies as soon as possible. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

One of their faulty tanks caught on fire while I was grilling. Their customer service were sarcastic and rude and didn't take the situation seriously and told me to return the faulty tank to be put back into circulation. Good luck. I would recommend having a fire-extinguisher nearby when using their tanks.

Every time I call the Waterloo Illinois office, I am forced to deal with Rachel. Her tone of voice and demeanor always sounds annoyed and hurried, as if I'm interrupting her. When scheduling a refill, I always get the impression that my request for service is bothersome. I am aware of an additional fee for same day delivery, but when told of an additional-additional fee (another $75), I remarked that I've never paid a double fee. Her response (which she uses frequently) is "I've been here 9 years"....which is always said to belittle the customer...and to imply that I don't know what I'm talking about. I've been a customer for 6 years. I always....always....feel unhappy and unappreciated after dealing with Rachel.
