We donate and shop here. Mostly enjoyable, except when the prices are randomly high. It's as if an employee gets lazy & suddenly decides to make all the household knick knacks the same price. Not a reasonable price either..

I've been comin into this store now for about 5 years and it just seems to get either better or worse-depends on the day and whose in charge I guess-and the prices can be a bit off putting at times because after all it's donated merchandise!! The staff can either be very helpful-miss you Beth-or just a hinderance!! Many times seen staff with their ear buds on, phones in hand, or just simply getting in the way rather than being helpful!! The good news is that this is a new year and you got time to make tings better!! Overall, this isn't a bad location just needs the right management!! I have seen other locations that defy the terms effective and efficient!! I'll check back in a year to post any progress!!

It feels like this location has kept their thermostat at 80 degrees all winter. No other goodwill location requires me to remove my coat and still be sweating.This also seems to be the only location that has issues using the 10% off donator coupons -- they always have to call over a manager which doesn't make any sense. Anyone could lie to get the 10% student, senior, or military discount (no proof required), but I hand over a physical donation coupon and the line gets held up for a manager? Lol.Other than that, this is usually one of the better locations to find good stuff.

I love this goodwill! Always a great selection and nicely organized. Workers are friendly and helpful. Sometimes prices can be a little high but overall great store! Always a treasure to be found. :)

StFf has been polite. I only buy the 50% off selection, as prices are too high for used items.

They sometimes have great things. Their hours on Sunday are 11-5/6? their hours are different on the door than the site itself.

The store is packed with donations. The racks are full. I don’t understand why the prices are so high. They need to lower prices so inventory moves quickly. I donate all the time and when I do, I go in and look around. Some of the prices are so high I’ve laughed out loud! A Dollar Tree plastic container in poor condition for $1.99, really?

Store employees were rude, and the customers were even worse. This use to be a nice thrift store stop for me, but I'll never spend a penny more here. So disappointed.

It's a shame you have to now have a membership for any colored tag discount or age discount. It's a garage sale under a big roof..I used to donate to their cause on every purchase..not any more..

Decent store/selection but the last several visits the “manager” or woman with black hair & glasses is so incredibly rude. She was belittling and yelling at another new employee in front of a line of customers, she is clearly on a power trip. She is rude and sighs/complains about everything when checking customers out. She also will completely ignore you if you’re waiting to be checked out or waiting for a dressing room. Would rather drive to Peoria for better service.
