I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Lifetime Fitness. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service, specifically with an employee named Ella. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me with my inquiries, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expected a much higher level of service from an establishment like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

For our family, Lifetime has been a game changer. Most amazing for me is the kid center with great staff taking care of the kids entertaining them, while adults work out/relax in the facility

Original Review: Permanently closed down the large part of the climbing gym with no just cause. Very frustrating, and poor decision from management. If you have children LifeTime might be a good fit, otherwise I would not recommend this gym.
EDIT: As of Sept 18, 2024, half of the lower pit will be reopened according to an employee. I am glad to see they are receptive to demand.
This gym has fantastic staff and an overall friendly environment. Solving the issue of the net loss of the climbing wall could be as simple as some form of advertising. In the last 10 years there has not been so much as a single photo of the fantastic wall posted to the Life Time website, and most people I have met have said they have been members but did not know it even existed. I do not believe there is an issue with interest in the wall, but an issue with making it publicly known. There are not many climbing walls in the surrounding suburb, and Life Time could benefit greatly from proper advertisement on the wall and potentially separate day passes for its use.
Hopefully the entire pit is reopened in the near future.

Alejandra in the spa is THE BEST! She always manages to find my problem areas and is a great balance of relaxation and rehab. She asks questions and makes recommendations for lifestyle considerations that may be a factor in your aches and pains. Love her!
Lifetime Swim is awesome! Coach Kylie is amazing! My son has made more progress in 3 lessons than he had in 3 months - she’s great with the kids, makes it fun and really pushes them to try while building their confidence.

No longer allows day passes for rock wall and closed down most of the rockwall. It was great before. No one's going to pay $100+ for less than 1/3rd of what they used to have.

I drove an hour to this Lifetime gym, only to be turned away because they were at capacity. As a family member of a member since 2002, this experience was extremely disappointing and inconvenient.
They also have recently created a waitlist to join this location. But, they actually ask you personal information and then schedule a meeting with you to decide if you fit in. It gives me a sense that they’re being discriminatory here.

I used to belong to the nearby LA Fitness until it closed, was attempting to perhaps join this place, but after talking to some clueless dude just now.. not sure. He said they have "a wait list," but then it turns out they really don't have a wait to join - what he meant was they don't take walk-ins without an appointment, which must be done online.
So why not just say that and avoid confusion? Some kind of marketing nonsense to make it seem like they're in demand? Or more likely they just want to collect your data so they can pound you with emails until you join or tell them to stop sending emails? Not a good start...

Live Well at Life Time Fitness and be the Healthier version of yourself that you can be. As a new member, the onboarding experience has been great. All the tools needed to be successful are at your fingertips. The Instructors, Trainers and are welcoming and provide an exceptional customer service experience. It’s a Wellness Club with great amenities as well. I would recommend installing Cold plunge therapy at all locations as an added health benefit. I totally recommend and enjoy Life Time Fitness for the entire family.

I came in to ask about membership and was greeted by Bryan. He was extremely helpful and explained a lot of details for me. They let me use the gym for the day, and I was blown away at how nice it is. I'm definitely signing up. It's expensive but worth it. Can't wait to go back.

I've been going here for a year. When I first started, they had a lot of classes for people trying to get into shape (beginner, etc) before/after work. Now they have NONE. They are clearly sending a message that you already need to be in shape to be welcomed there. I'm seriously considering ending my membership once summer is over. I think this will only be my pool membership in the summertime from now on. I am barely using my membership because I can't do anything there!!! I work 9-5, is it so hard to offer beginner classes before/after work?

Cathy Scott is a straight Caren and can’t give anyone the benefit of the doubt. my family has had the account since 2001 and need to make the payment by June 30th(currently the fifth of June) I was in last night and the worker before told me I was able to come until the 30th and I needed to make the payment. I come the next day and she won’t let me in for whatever reason:( all the workers are young and super sweet, not Cathy :/
