“Shred415 is an excellent option for anyone seeking a challenging, scalable workout. They have a clear vision for their routines, and it shows in the consistently high quality of their classes. Not to say that their classes are all identical - each presents a unique configuration of strength work and treadmill intervals. Rather, every workout can be relied upon to challenge you meaningfully. I’m very experienced in traditional strength training, but I was in a rut with standard gym workouts. Shred415 provided a great way to get out of my comfort zone and lean into my fitness *weaknesses*. Sure I can squat 3 plates, but I’m always humbled by these workouts! I would highly recommend anyone join who’s looking to break their workout status quo. My favorite instructors are Erin and Amy. Erin leads her class with spunk and energy without being cheesy and trite. Amy finds that elusive intersection of being both calm and motivating. Shred415 has been an outstanding experience, and I encourage anyone reading to give it a shot!”

I've been training at SNS for 24 months, and it has been an incredible experience! The Jenn, Craig, Julia and the other coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. They focus on proper form and technique, ensuring that everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels confident and safe during workouts.

The community here is unmatched—everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and pushes each other to be their best. The workouts are varied, challenging, and always keep things interesting, which has really helped me stay motivated. I live the Saturday Pump sessions.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, SNS offers a great environment to achieve your fitness goals. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

“D1 is an amazing place with amazing coaches !! They are very motivating, and very very knowledgeable of the human body and musculoskeletal system. They all have transformed my life in not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I have MS, and my body and mind were in bad shape. But, they have taken their time with me and pushed me hard at the same time. They have given me a chance to run around with my son and I will always be indebted to the whole staff. “I recently joined this Anytime Fitness Location a month and a half ago. I have had great results. I am already noticing an overall positive change in my body, fitness level, and my mental health. I highly recommend the small group training with coach Joseph. He really goes above and beyond, and will meet you where you are and challenge you. I wanted the one on one training until I saw how much the interaction with other people would help with my motivation. The small group was beneficial to learn proper form, familiarize yourself with equipment, and meet the other people in the gym. Also, the support that you receive from the coach and from your friends in the group will help you achieve your goals, no matter where you are in your journey.”
