Hello people.. this place is a joke i buy 4 semi truck batteries in February now is December and my battery are dead i bring here for warranty and they refuse to charge the batteries on warranty with no reason…. Costumer service very bad … try to call nobody answer try to send mail send … so for save your time try to avoid this place

I was so pleased with the quality people that work here. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My husband hurt his back the day before and one employee saw him struggling and gave him a walker. It was so unexpected and kind and made a huge difference in my husband's mobility.The service to my truck was unrivaled. I have never visited such a professional and courteous center. They fixed my truck quickly and solved problems we had had for months! Mike is exceptional. I hope he gets paid well because he is a gem.Everyone else was a gem, too and I felt welcomed with my dog.Usually breaking down on the road is not a pleasant experience, but 10/10, would do again!Love you guys! Nine hundred and some change for batteries install,and windshield wipers replaced,they milk the clock!I could have replaced the batteries quicker than they did and I don't have tool's, I will not be going back to them.

TAKES FOREVER. Waited longer to pay, then it took tech. The technician was great, by the way. Try not to come here if you want to wait a hour to pay your bill

If you have a chance to stay away from that place just do it. Ordered part with special order that supposed take a month. Tried call every week for update just to make sure everything is ok. They keep saying that order is still in process and need more time. After month they told me that order is canceled for some reason and they can order it again! Again!!!? Waiting for another month so they can screw you again? Never again with you!

This dealer is my GO TO! always professional, answer all your questionson on repairs, had a appointment for Friday an dropped truck Tuesday called Wednesday said truck was done! Service team was awesome!

They are very unprofessional. Extremely poor knowledge of staff and mechanics. You will end up wasting so much time and still don’t have your truck fixed

Took truck in, did annual inspection without authorization or approval. Took apart truck, misordered parts, did not have ready when promised. Said that despite their continued errors and incompetence "we should be thankful because some trucks have been in here stuck for months". Also said that "unfortunately we just have to accept that this is the cost of truck ownership". Horrible customer service.

Horrific representatives and horrific service. The "supervisors" are just as rude and unprofessional as those they manage. Stay away from this location, not only will be belittle you, lie and outright scream at you.

Slower then slow. Seems only 2 people in parts. Waiting in line and hour. Had parts preordered, just pay and go. Only good thing is, is that they had the parts I guess. Will not be on my list for great service. Only if I absolutely have to.
