“Cindy in service is awesome! I work for a public works department and we had a big snow storm on the way, unfortunately one of our main snow plow trucks broke down and the dealer we purchased it from said it would be weeks before they could get it in. One call to Cindy and she was able to get us in right away. She understood the importance of this truck and was happy to help any way she could. The truck was repaired in a couple hours and she even got the bill lowered for us being in the public works field. We are super appreciative of her and the JX team and plan on coming back in the future.”

So grateful for the amazing and extremely quick and professional service the shop provided. Dave is the best! He took my call yesterday evening, while already busy and immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick my car up and fixed a horrible mistake another shop made by the very next morning! Luckily, I was local so he was so kind as to arrange for a company vehicle to pick me up (she was the sweetest driver who safely got me to my car). Not to mention the price was unbeatable for the damage they repaired! I’m definitely happy and coming to this shop for any and all needed future work on my car. Thank you all so much!”

“We just moved from Ohio. Before we moved I asked our dealer in Ohio for a new Key Fob and to program it. While the Ohio dealer was able to get our Key Fob, they tried for 3 hours to program it and were not successful. I moved to Gurnee and came to Classic Kia to get my Key Fob programmed. Jose estimated the work time for 30 minutes, and was done in 20.
I have had Kia’s for over 10 years. Compared to other Kia dealerships I have been to in 3 states, this one is the largest and by far the best. We will be coming here for our Kia’s service and for new deals.”

“I’ve been going to Lynch Chevrolet for over 10 years now. I’ve bought 4 vehicles there now. Most recently a 2021 Chevy Equinox, what a great car, only 6400 miles! Marcus Andrews is and will be my go to guy as long as he is there. I had an accident and my previous vehicle was totaled. I called Marcus in the AM, and he said he was sorry to hear about my accident. Then asked me when I could come in. He found my new vehicle that day, and had it ready when I arrived to check it out. Marcus is a very nice guy to do business with! Greg from finance was awesome as well! Matt checked over the “Deal” to make sure everything was done. Also to make sure that I was satisfied and that Marcus covered everything . All the staff are friendly and genuinely seem like happy employees. The service department is phenomenal as well. I’ve never had a bad experience in 10 years. I’ve always left happy and felt taken care of like family at Lynch Chevrolet. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, or service that they can trust.”

“Great auto mechanic! I feel so fortunate to have this mechanic in my area. Never tried to charge for work that wasn't needed. They have honesty and integrity. They only do the work that's needed. Cost is fair and I find the quality of the work doesn't suffer. They have done a number of repairs for our two vehicles, big and small, and each time they did a great job. And they have never talked down to me for being a woman. That alone makes this mechanic a gem. Highly recommend.”

“After comparing prices & almost being ripped off at Firestone, I came across Waukegan Tire! Best customer service hands down, best prices & the cleanest car service shop I have ever seen! What stood out to me the most as a mother of 3, was the sign in the bathroom.. I have never seen a place be so convenient to toddler/baby parents, much less a car service shop! It’s the little details that matter. Super grateful to them!”
“I highly recommend this body shop! It was so easy to work with Andrew and Victor. They took care of everything including helping me get a loaner car through Enterprise, which my insurance covered. They did a fantastic job making my car pretty again! Plus, my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The waiting area was clean and I felt comfortable there. They dealt with the insurance company for the most part. Luigi’s made it so easy for me. Wonderful customer service!”
“We needed a tow thinking the starter was shot after we tried giving the car a jump. B & R was recommended to us. Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! We took it in for a new battery and we have no issues!!Thank you Tommy and Dan for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Dan could have towed us and charged us for the tow but instead gave us a jump for no charge! These are the types of people who need our business! Kind HONEST, chivalrous people! FIVE STARS all the way!!!!”

“Mr. Jose fixed it right away the first time. What needed to be fixed, he fixed. The air conditioning needed a new valve and the timing needed to be changed out with a tensioner. Last year I brought it to a mechanic in Waukegan and the mechanic didn't fix the timing belt and tensioner properly. Jose did it right the first time. Super nice family Guy. He's my new mechanic. Smart dude. Good heart.”

“Brought my C4 Corvette here the morning of Friday 3/8/24. I saw the shop on the window from train on the nearby MD-N tracks and looked them up online. I've not been happy with several other shops I've used in the area, but this establishment scores a 10/10. Truly family owned, with Dad & his brother working in the shop, and Dad's daughter at the reception desk. Took the car in as scheduled, performed the requested maintenance at a reasonable price in about 60-minutes. Turns out Glenn (the owner) owns a C4 Corvette and knows them well. They also had a '71 Buick Skylark, a '72 Panetra, an '85 Mustang, and a vintage Jaguar in the shop at the time. I was impressed, and will return with the Corvette, and my '11 Cadillac DTS.”
