They always have a long line so they can charge you, I understand that they have a lot of work and more on the weekends, so I wish they had more staff and a little friendlier ?

Really poor customer service today. Store failed to help me buy a front headlight. Really basic thing but the team was incompetent.

I will definitely start going to this AutoZone I live minutes from the other AutoZone in Addison on Lake order part waited two weeks did not receive it. I go to Villa Park AutoZone. Great customer service very knowledgeable and received my part. The store for me even though it’s a little bit out of my way.

I can't say enough good things about Eric who helped me with a new car battery. He took all the stress out of a stressful situation. He is polite, professional, helpful, kind and made sure that I got the battery I needed.

Just spent a grand in here. Came back to buy a battery and Bob working on 9/4/23 at 5:20 wouldn’t stop hounding me about information on my bike. When I was waiting for someone to text me the exact number as there are multiple options. I told him I had it four times and was waiting for a response and he proc ended to tell me I needed to leave if I wasn’t giving him the info on the bike.Horribly unprofessional. I went to advanced auto and got the battery instead and will now go there from now on. Lost my business after I was harassed and then asked to leave because I didn’t want their help

By far the best AZ I have been in . Staff is very courteous and helpful. Krystal in commercial went above and beyond everytime I came in and asked for part and if they didn't have the part she made sure to get me one..we need more customer service like krystal gives

Carina, helped me both on the phone and in person. She was as knowledgeable, helpful, and personable as a person can be. She had a great rapport with her co-workers and the vibe in the store was excellent. I had a brief but pleasant interaction with Raul as well. In short, while this isn’t the nearest AutoZone or similar store to my home, this is the store I will frequent because of Carina and her staff. Aces all around!
