Our facility recently ordered a refurbished surgical table from Alternative Source. After researching several different vendors, we received the most competitive quote from Alternative Source. Monte Montain was very knowledgeable and responsive and wonderful to work with. We were on a tight timeline due to Covid and Monte went above and beyond to ensure that we would receive our table in time! Even after the sale was complete, Monte was incredibly responsive to my questions. The table was in excellent condition. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!

Extraordinary service and professionalism! I just purchased a refurbished Midmark M11 autoclave from ASM. The device functioned but had a small issue. ASM immediately had a local tech take a look at the machine and when it could not easily be remedied actually flew a replacement sterilizer along with a technician to make sure it ran perfectly. I can not say enough positive things about this company. Of course no one wants a problem with purchase but the real test is what a company does to fix a problem should it occur. Our new sterilizer is running up to spec.. I plan to first look to ASM for any new major equipment purchases.Dr MurphyBaltimore MD

Outstanding service from Monte and his team. I ordered 2 Midmark exam chairs and they came within the promised delivery date (even quicker than expected).
