The staff here were incredibly helpful and gracious. We were in the middle of a road trip and started getting some unpleasant engine noises. They shifted their priorities to see us early and allow us to make our destination in time. I highly recommend this company based on their kindness, honestly and expertise.

We stopped here when a trip from Ohio to Missouri was interrupted by the check engine light on our minivan. They were too booked to do a full tuneup the same day but they were able to fit us in to just replace the ignition coil on the cylinder indicated by the error code. That was enough to get us back on the road and make it home. Even though we didn't have a lot of options and were obviously needing to do whatever was necessary to get it fixed the price was very reasonable.

Got my car fixed through them and it didn't stay that way for any longer then a month. When I went there for them to fix it again they kicked me out of the store, and I quote said 'There's something wrong with you.' while laughing at me, cursed horribly around my 2 year old, and is now refusing to give a refund or fix the job they didn't do right.

Awesome fast service! Replaced valve stem on a tire in less than 10 minutes after getting a flat on a cross country trip. Highly recommend. Do not go to the tire shop next door!

When you're five hours from anywhere and your car dies it can be pretty traumatic. It's unexpected and filled with all sorts of complications. They didn't charge ** for the diagnostic, which we were fully expecting them to do. They helped us find a room, were understanding when we needed time to make decisions, and just good people. I'll never forget my experience with them. It's not often you run across people willing to interrupt their day to take on another job. We didn't have to wait around for them to fit ** in. Which helps when you're facing the total loss of one car AND you need to travel to get home!

Expert Service is basically the only place I feel comfortable taking my car. They've always been super considerate and willing to explain what's wrong and how we can move on from there. Overall would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
