I love going to Dear72! All of their employees are super helpful + knowledgable on all of their products. I've loved everything I've gotten from here, and don't plan on going to other skincare shops.

This store is truly such a hidden gem. I went in for the first time a few weeks ago and the ladies in there are SO helpful and knowledgeable. I am new to K-Beauty and definitely left feeling more informed about the industry and products! I’ve been back a few times & plan to stock up before I move. They have a rotating selection and offer discounts and have a rewards program too!

love this store! the staff is really nice and very knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend to anybody and everybody! it is nice having k beauty locally instead of having to wait weeks for ordering online.

Their staff are SO friendly and helpful when it came to products that I was looking for! They have a wider selection than ChocChoc and better customer service. The employees at ChocChoc don't seem interested in trying to help and aren't friendly. So that was the first thing that I noticed when I came into Dear72, the employees approach you and want to help. Definitely will return here!

Very happy that I discovered this place thru social media. Have gotten more into eastern skincare and have done my best to learn what works best. Went to this store on new years eve on a whim to find products I saw online. The young lady there was BEYOND helpful and patient with me. Took the time to explain things,listened to my concerns and goals and recommended products accordingly. She even made samples for me. Went back today to get the full size product for one of the samples. The prices are reasonable for being a neighborhood business and considering where the products come from. Had a different young lady who assisted me today,she had pink hair I believe forgot to ask her name. I was in a rush but she was kind and helpful. Definitely coming back,love it's about a 8min drive from my home. ??

Love this location. Prices are slightly cheaper than buying products from online but the benefit is that your not waiting for shipping plus pay extra for fees. Plus the girls in there know so much of what they're talking about, & it feels nice what can they recommend for you. Plus you can actually try some of the products better before you buy them. Defentily going back!

Oh my goodness! A store focused on K-beauty? The fact I found this place was happenstance as we were leaving Metta Baby across the street. But I love skincare and have a problem with buying skincare products so you know I was going to stop in. It's a small shop but has a LOT of merchandise. There are brands you may have heard of (like Dr. Jart--I didn't realize this was a Korean brand!) or Banila, as well as probably a lot that are probably new to you. They have inexpensive "daily" face masks (the quotations because I probably would not be doing them daily; I think they were $2 each) and then they have an entire mask bar. Amazing. And at the back of the store, they have a perfume bar which I didn't get a chance to look at. When I checked into the shop on Yelp, I saw that the hours indicated they are open until 6--which means they'd closed a few minutes before my check-in and I was keeping the guy working there (the owner, perhaps?). He didn't even indicate that it was near closing time but I'm glad I saw it so I didn't wander longer. I have lots more to see here and the mask bar alone could keep me occupied for a half hour. I did get a couple things even though I tried to get out quick, and bought a couple peel masks and an adorable headband. They have a reward program where, as of October 2023, you earn a point for each purchase of $30 and after five points you get $5 off (I think I got that correct!). I definitely look forward to coming back!

Lucky enough to live within a walking distance, this is a korean skin care product haven. If you need any trending Korean skin care products, they have it here...face masks, washed, moisturizers and much more. Korea is known for quality skin care products so give this shop a try. I'm glad I no longer have to order online or from Amazon.

Very nice experience— staff was extremely helpful and kind. Also, the makeup items had disposable applicators so it is sanitary there. Had a good experience shopping, however I did find the prices of some items to be double the price than it would be on online apps, so before you come here, be aware of that.

Such a great business to buy from. They had products I was looking for that other businesses didn’t have. Also when they were out of an item I wanted, they helped me find something just as good! Their customer service is great, so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate them!
