Went in here to see why I got a notifications requiring more documentation for change of address form when I submitted all required documentation. They sent me a form over the holidays saying I needed documentation I already submitted. I got covid after this and missed their 20 day deadline to submit forms I already submitted. Jenny was one of the rudest people I ever came across at a place of business. She talked over me with every question with an incredibly rude tone even though I was being polite to her (although very challenging by the end) and every time I tried to answer a question she asked she raised her voice saying "I don't care." I just moved here and do not have much for documentation here yet, especially when I can't get my mail because they won't do my change of address form. This lady in particular really needs some basic customer service skills. I could understand if they had a lot of customers, but it was absolutely dead there, and even if you can't help me there is no need to be so rude. I don't know who pissed in her cereal, but no need to take it out on everyone else for having the audacity of asking how I can go about getting my mail.

Keep getting other people’s mail delivered to my house. We receive our mail extremely late (takes a month to get mail that should take 2 days). Have complained to them in the past about this and it still happens.

A lot of lost mail out of this post office, I have informed delivery and always mark my mail as missing or not received but it doesn't seem to help. Missing checks and bills consistently. Probably time to get a hold of the US Postmaster General and file a complaint.

I come in here occasionally and they're usually friendly. Quick service as long as the customers are also quick.

Had a few packages shipped here for general delivery because the USPS website states this location offers this service. Talked to the woman at the front desk, Jennifer, and she gave me a hard time about not having a physical address. Once I explained I was a truck driver and that I don't live in this area, she begrudgingly helped me collect my packages. To my surprise, half of them were missing because some staff were accepting them and others were declining them. She then provided misinformation that the location was no longer offering general delivery services and to quote, "Never do that again." I spoke with the manager, and he helped get everything squared away and said the next time I needed general delivery to keep them in the loop so they know to expect packages for me. (Never mentioned that general delivery was no longer an option.)This experience and interaction with Jennifer was absolutely horrible. I will be having my packages shipped less than 4.0 miles away to the USPS Merryville, IL just to avoid her.

I have no complaints about my experience here. There were two people in front of me and two behind me and we all got the same treatment and respect. My own ignorance to what I needed to do was my only holdup but I was given accurate assistance to get what I needed done. They for sure sell stamps and can mail things certified.

Worst post office in the nation they fill my box then pit my mail on hold if I don't check it in the time they see fit. Then they don't answer their phone to resolve any issue. Post master needs fired.

Everyone I have spoken to in the post office Is rude and seems like they couldn’t care less about helping customers. And the carrier has the same attitude. It’s a shame there’s no competition. Typical government employee attitude.

My Mom is in assisted living. Her birthday was recently and she received only one of 5 cards sent from family. Post Office said that carrier is “picky” and they are getting into high volume season. In September???? What happened to rain, snow, sleet and hail??? This is bull and needs checking into not excuses.

The post office itself is very nice and friendly... however the people who deliver our mail never pay attention to the address we constantly get our neighbors and the next street overs mail. So who knows if we get our own or who is getting it. We’ve called twice already. I even put those big numbers on our mailbox. Please fix this unless you want to pay me for delivering other people’s mail. This is a serious problem

Easily the most overpaid SOB's in the state. The mail carrier cannot even be bothered to close the mail box. So when it rains the mail gets soaked. But they do not care they put it in the box. Not their fault they did not close the door right? They have absolutely no problem delivering to the wrong address. I have the advanced notice as to what mail is coming. There has been several times where I get an email saying something is coming that we do not have a scan for and then the mail arrives and whatever it was is not there. Then in in office. They cannot possible give you a piece of tape. Oh no. I needed two piece of tape but I had to buy a $4 roll of tape. You are telling me people some of these people are making $20 an hour on up and they cannot give away two pieces of tape? $20+/hr is waaaaayyyyyyy overpaid for ringing up a transaction or putting a letter in a PO BOX. Ringing a transaction I admit requires some skill putting the mail in a PO Box requires being able to read. Wow way to put that third grade education to work.
