This pharmacy is the absolute worst they are so unprofessional and they don't take anything serious. They literally had me on the line for the longest time. I then used my other cell phone and what do you know they pick up without any issues. This will be the last time I come to this pharmacy.

Very SLOW and RUDE. They act like they’re doing you a favor… The management does not care as this is ongoing and only getting worse as the weeks progress. The short haired older white lady is on top for the rudest one. If you can go elsewhere. There is a reason all the reviews for this location are bad.

Walgreens needs to hire more people. The poor girl at the pharmacy window is taking care of both the drive thru and the store. One pharmacist. Come on Walgreens you can do better! Waited 45 minutes standing in line. The folks in line were courteous and friendly and we all felt bad for the pharmacy tech. You HAD a reliable staff for years then you go and send them to different stores and split them up, THIS is what you get! As I said earlier, YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

Extremely slow!!!! Only 2 people in front of me both of which were being helped when I got there and it still took 35 minutes for them to get to me.

Worst Walgreens ever. I always wait at least 10-20 minutes in line just to pick up a prescription. When I finally get my turn I am met with nothing but attitude and incompetence. They've even give me someone else's prescriptions before AFTER "verifying" my address. How does that even happen? The pharmacy techs have no clue what they are doing and they are rude and unhelpful at best. Do yourself a favor and use the Walgreens pharmacy on 171st & 84th ave in Tinley where they are actually helpful and prompt because this location is a joke.

I came in this morning and couldn't find something I was searching for. When I went to the cashier to check out, she was super helpful! She went above and beyond! She ran and got the item I was looking for. Made my day! Thanks Joi, you're awesome!!!

Walgreen's has never been viewed as a grocery store. It's a neighborhood convenient store with a small variety of everything that you would find in a grocery store and their pharmacies are very helpful as well!! You won't go wrong with Walgreen's.

In the 9 months I have been using this Walgreens to fill my perscriptions I have yet to have one month where it hasn't been eventful. Right now I've been waiting 30 minutes and counting after the pharmacy tech told me that my perscription (marked ready for pickup this morning) "accidentally got pulled" so they didn't actually have it ready. This is not the first time this has happened. The pharmacist is currently "looking for my perscription". What makes it more concerning is that this is a highly controlled, schedule 2 drug, for ADHD. Incredibly irresponsible for a pharmacy to repeatedly lose ADHD medication/perscriptions.

Pharmacy does move a little slow, more so depending on when you stop in, but that’s because they are very busy. Staff is cordial and polite and they do their best to accommodate customers.

Plan spending all day in the drive thru waiting for your meds. Hire more people for pharmacy please!

Extremely slow! One of the assistants (the African American girl) was very dismissal. She kept telling me I don't have a prescription for you. It took me three times to get her to check with the pharmacist before she was convinced that my prescription was sent to them. I don't know if it's because her customer service was not fully developed or the scrub she was wearing was going to her head, causing her to look down on people. Whatever it is, she needs more training in customer service. Very saddened for her.
