Take your items somewhere else! I wish I had read these reviews first! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the results of my hemmed jeans (not to mention pressing isn't included in the cost of hemming my jeans) look at the photos and judge for your self! It looks like a complete amateur did this work! Norman's came with a high recommendation, now I highly recommend GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
In response to your response....you should be embarrassed of that hem job. Also, the lady that recommended you hadn't been there in years! So sorry (not) that you don't approve my opinion! Look at that hem job!! Why on earth would your [talented] seamstresses do work like this!! Now I'm putting this not only on Google, but every social media platform you are on!

Garbage place and service. Literally the most stressful aspect of my entire wedding was dealing with these people.
Had to go back for multiple measurements, wrong clothes altogether, everything was completely unorganized, and they just shrug it off.
Was told by the manager that "he'd take care of me next time".
Place is a joke, wich is a shame because they used to be very good.
Like everything else, new owners running a reputable name into the ground.

Avoid. So sad to leave this review, I have been a customer of the TP location for 30 years. On the second to last visit my item came back so smelly, I had to throw it away. This time a set of drapes sent to the cleaner with the liner 2" above the hem came back with the liner 2" below the hem. Each time the staff was unhelpful and uninterested. Save your money and go someplace else.

This has been a few months a go,I keep forgetting to write this review. I have a pair of white jeans that I totally forgot and threw them in the washer with navy jeans. I can't believe I did that. I called around and everyone said probably could not get all the blue spots on my new white jeans out. I called Norman's and he said bring them in and so very thankful he got them all out. Thank you Normans cleaners

Didn’t have exactly what we were looking for this time but the young man working there very extremely assisting and we will definitely come back for other event rentals!

Horrible. 1st they didn't pleat the drapes,back to the cleaners again. Picked up and hung and they stretched the liner. I have had these done 4 times previously with the old owner and never a problem. Now I have to find another cleaners!!

They did a great job cleaning my purse... I haven't been able to use it for years because it had ink from jeans on it... it came out perfectly. This was the first time going here and it is now my new cleaners

Wowza! I’ve never been so impressed with a tailor! The associate Adam was a wonderful young man and very very polite! I dropped off a shirt and it was spick and span faster than you could count to 3! Thanks Normans!!!
