What , a pathetic excuse for a medical professional. Well just because you have education. Does not give you the green light to make us feel like second class citizens. It was far worse , however I will dispose of this person and her place of work. I guess you could call it that

Was visiting from out of town and had a really great experience being seen here and the provider was outstanding. Very sincere and caring, the world could use more medical professionals like her. Was called back within minutes of my scheduled time and was given what I needed to get over this minor illness. If I lived here this would be my go-to spot.

I want to thank the nice young woman, Ebony, for tonight. I was not feeling well at all and she took every step to see what I was sick with. My diagnosis was not ideal but she had amazing service and I felt very comfortable despite the news I received. Thank you for making my night a good one. I will likely even come back here for my booster.

Turned us away for my son not having ID with him. Wouldn’t take the pic on his phone of his ID. Wouldn’t take my ID. Horrible.

I had knee surgery 3 weeks ago. Not having a place to sit is a problem. Additionally, being in full view of everyone shopping at Target, vs being able to sit somewhere mostly out of sight, seems like a violation of my privacy.I will think very hard before coming here again. That said, Ebony deserves 5 stars for her service. She has a great personality & was very nice thru the entire visit.

The customer service is terrible to say the least. I was greeted with attitude and the black female who was on duty would not tell me her name yet she yelled out my name and information which is a hippa violation. Extremely rude!! I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. 12-16-21 at 9:40am is the time and date I had this experience

When I arrived at my appointment they told me they couldn’t see me because I haven’t been tested for Covid before my visit. They need to put this on the website for people so they know they need to be tested to be seen. What a waste of time. Never going to this clinic again.

I don’t know her name but the blonde woman who works here was very rude. I will not be returning. Take your business elsewhere.

I was a few minutes late. i needed a sports physical for my daughter. Linda chose not to serve us because we were 7 minutes late. My daughter name was up on the screen and she said no. i Was in the lobby waiting for some help and I needed to shout hello for her to come out. Her next appointment was 25 minutes later. She was on a complete power trip. Completely disappointed!

The NP was very pleasant and very helpful. I had a lot of questions and she remained patient.

My friend, Ms. Wallace, went to visit the Minute Clinic on 4/19/2021at 1:55 p.m. at the 7300 W 191st St, Tinley Park, IL 60487 location (Inside of Target) and the only healthcare provider working was very rude and unaccommodating. She went in as a walk-in patient to be seen to have her vitals checked due to dizziness and elevated BP. There were no other patients being seen at the time she walked in and she was told to come back later at 3:40 p.m. Ms. Wallace continued to explained to the person on staff about her condition and needed her vitals checked, the medical professional (woman) refused to see Ms. Wallace and did not render services at the time we were there. I believe that the decision not to see Ms. Wallace and the rude behavior toward Ms. Wallace was racially motivated.

you set an appointment online and they have their lunch hours noted but they can't take patients on time and if it's getting close to lunch they want you to wait. I even called and the customer service number told me I would be guaranteed to be seen before lunch. They went to lunch early. I came for a cold. I have a fever coughing and sore throat and running nose and she suggest that I go to a ER because my lungs and heart sound good I could be having a heart attack. if you can't tell a cold from a heart attack or that I need to go to the ER she should get reevaluated as a nurse.

Took my son here a few yrs ago. Turns out he had an ear infection. Doc wrote up a prescription and we got it filled there. No problems.
