With all of us still dealing with covid. And all the restrictions that comes with it. We look for other things to do. Hobbies come to mind. Unlike when covid first hit, all stores were closed except for groceries stores, Walmart, targets, and home improvement stores. Hobby stores should also been on that list. Outside of doing things around the house. It is great to make different things. For ourselves and others. And to have a place to go for supplies. Sometimes you just want to get out and go to a physical store and look around and get ideas.

I have to write a review on this location, I had a wonderful phone conversation with Michelle the manager of the store about a week ago, you see I needed a jacket framed that my brother wore as a child, my dad wanted to gift it to him as he lives out of state. Michelle was so kind and helpful on phone I decided to go and have it framed by them! When I say the young lady who works back there was so kind, and helped, went above and beyond what I would have expected! If you need anything custom framed please go here! They will take care of you, for a reasonable price! Thank you ladies for making my night!

Staff is nice, they'll kindly help you with your coupons, selection is lacking, a lot of shelves are either empty or disorganized. Lacking in product variety and stock, but a plus in the staff themselves for their attentiveness.

Thay have improved their customer service this year..at least at this particular location..very courteous staff and they do have great balck Friday deals..very similar to Amazon or a bit better

This is the greatest Michaels store in the area. The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. And the store is clean and always stocked.
