Landmark Flooring refinished our oak flooring in August 2024. The refinishers were friendly, courteous, and did a stellar job! Landmark provided exceptional customer service the entire project. I definitely recommend Landmark Flooring and will definitely use them again.

Nick and Dan were extremely knowledgeable When helping me choose carpeting. The installers, Oscar and his son Antonio were so friendly and professional and took such great care to protect the walls and my furniture when installing the carpet. They did A fantastic job. They paid so much attention to detail, and cleaned up perfectly. I am so pleased and highly recommend them.

Do not go to landmark flooring!! We had our carpet installed in 2020 and it was great no issues. We had vinyl flooring installed in Oct 2023 and it has been a nightmare. The installers broke our brand new door while demo. They didn’t want to buy for a new one until seeing the fiberglass was completely cracked and I still had to fight with them. They also wanted to have the installers that damaged our door come back to finish after being so careless. Service techs have come out multiple times to fix thresholds that had nails sticking out and where they completely cut all our carpet away as well as our vinyl floor has separated at least three times now due to it not being cut properly. Their customer service is awful and my voice has not been heard. I am so disappointed and would have never gotten my floors done if it was going to be so bad. We worked with Bill and it has been terrible.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received, from the first call to any follow ups needed. It was the most hassle-free install work I’ve had done in any of my homes I’ve owned and looks beautiful. I've worked in the trades when I was younger and craftsmanship was everything, so when Landmark finished laying my new beautiful floor, I went over it with a fine tooth comb! What phenomenal craftsmanship I found, hence my 5 star review! I must also say Bill the salesman was very accommodating when we were trying to pick out our floor as well since we were back and forth about 4 times viewing samples from the store in our home. Bill was very helpful and patient, I must say! I highly recommend Landmark for their craftsmanship and in store service.

Landmark flooring did an excellent job at repairing multiple areas of carpet our new kitten damaged. You are unable to even tell where the carpet was replaced. Landmark flooring is as extremely quick at returning messages as well as getting the work done. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Great company. He coped the corners and cut out 45° notches on the straight ends of the base shoe, very professional.

Went to Landmark Flooring after visiting several other flooring companies and immediately felt a more personal approach than the others. Everything was handled professionally and with friendly visits to the house and store. The installation was outstanding with the installers working with me at all times. These people are highly recommended.
