I worked it at the LA Fitness in Tinley Park tonight. This is a signature club that members pay more money for. The locker room was filthy and smelled. See pictures.

I just got a membership 2 days ago and did the 2 day trial before that everything was good until I bought the membership of course... they are always out of wipes and this location is DIRTY !!! Women's bathroom/ Locker room is disgusting! I asked the front desk lady for some wipes and she said they were OUT!!! How are you out of wipes and it's been 2 DAYS! That is a health hazard. For how much you pay for this membership you shouldn't have to purchase your own Clorox wipes!

I love the Tinley Park Facility. I enjoy taking yoga there and using their exercise equipment. The facility is clean and beautiful.I am still heartbroken over their (with Esporta) closing the Lansing site, which I visited on almost a daily basis for Yoga, Zumba, BODY Plus Abs, Silver Sneakers, and Water Aerobics.I joined BALLYS at least 30 years ago and stayed with them as they changed to LA Fitness and Esporta. I loved many of the teachers and trainers. And have hated that these great people left because the Institution would not pay them more. The teachers and trainers make the fitness experience special, not the fancy machines.Not as many young people want to join a health club now because they can get fitness training online. Those of us who go to a club, love the connections we've made there. LA Fitness needs to recognize that!

I love this club, I attend for the Spa areas, Pool, Whirlpool and Sauna . There have been a few changes since I was there a few months ago but I 'm sure it will work out well.

Their pool is closed for who knows how long!!I love the aquafit classes. They are easy on the body but still a good workout.

This is a great gym - the staff are amazing, they have a great variety of equipment, the spaces are kept clean. Only “complaint” would be how people don’t put away the weights when they’re done or leave the equipment in different places. But truly a great gym.

The gym is good but customer service is not good when it comes to canceling your membership. I tried for just about 3 weeks when there was an injury and they would not let me. I had to lock my card.

BIGGEST SCAM…Niko, the manager, was so rude and unprofessional. I went there twice to cancel the account. The process of getting a membership was easy, but forget about canceling it. The staff doesn't know anything. There's no respect for the customers. There is no one who can assist you in cancelling your membership. Customer service is terrible.

I used to give this location 5 stars, but I have to change my rating because of the terrible experience it is to workout now.The gym lacks clean floors and equipment. Aside from that, the new members are rude! They never return the weights and the staff doesn't seem to care.

Cycling class was awesome, just one complaint that the water fountain looks like it's never been cleaned, totally a put off, makes me wonder how the rest of the facility is cleaned.

Chris is one of the managers there and has been very attentive and helpful towards my goals. He really cares about the members and them transforming thier lifestlye. He is an amazing person who displays great customer service consistently..
