Consistently out of stock. I had switched pharmacies because of insuance. Cvs pharmacy across the street never had an issue with back ordering the same script. The discount I use requires walgreens. It makes a $700 script $50.My prescription is on backorder for a week after it is called usually. I couldnt make pick up until the following week. Now it is out of stock again because they used it to fill someone's else's. If my insurance paid full price versus me paying with a discount I think the pharmacist would no longer have a back order issue. The discount lowers their kickback.

The drive-thru is closed for 2 hours a day for lunches. It makes it very hard for us handicapped people that cannot go inside the store and retrieve our medication.

Horrible slow lately - not sure why? Takes sometimes 30 + minutes for a wait in line to get meds. And hearing after 1 whole hour "Its not ready or its not here" makes the day not so great.

Most of the time is great. Other times, I'd rather not even bother ... if it is anything, but the pharmacy is great, but if you are dealing with them, it is slow, and some people are super riude.

Always pleasant staff. But I do have to point out a special person ( Stephani) in the pharmacy. I've been having problems with my meds getting filed and no explanation. But the last couple of months I have been very blessed to get Stephani to help. It has felt great to get answers, explanations and my meds with no problems. She needs employee of the year in my opinion.

Ive been waiting an hour and 10 minutes for a vaccine. The lady next to me was here before me and she just left, disgusted of course. Ridiculous.

I have been a loyal Walgreens user for 25 years. I moved to Taylorville with my husband who is on Palliative Care. When he needs an RX he need it on the same day. It has been difficult to get any RX in an emergent time frame, due to the lack of staff, closing early or the simple fact that they will transfer their calls to the call center. Today I stood in line with my husbands doctor on the phone to attempt to get a medication. I was told they would not speak to the doctor and the fact that their phones were forwarded out was not their problem it was mine. My husband is terminally ill. The lack or compassion is something I cannot handle.Store staff is great outside of the pharmacy staff.

My only problem with the pharmacy is they put your credit card in a paper envelope. It’s the second card I have lost because of this. No other pharmacy or store does that. After the day is over. I forget, my card wasn’t handed back to me and, put in my wallet for safe keeping.

I think wait time at the pharmacy has gotten better over the years. The photo department has as well. Store wise because of Kroger being out of commission here in town they run out of stock quickly, but that's kinda everywhere anymore. Overall I recommend them.

Out of stock of prescription item for daughter who has an allergic reaction. Instead of calling to notify me they wait for me to go pick up item at 6pm then couldn't tell me how you can transfer your prescription to another pharmacy for my 3 yr old daughter. Horrible service. Will not be returning as this is my second time having issues with them. Do not recommend.
