Cashiers are all rude, doesn't seem to matter what shift. But the worst is the SMELL. For over the past month every time I try to go into this Casey's it reeks so badly of dirty more like rotten mop water. To the point that my eyes water. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't know if they don't care by this point or what. I wouldn't eat here based off the smell alone.

I just moved to Taylorville little over year ago. This Casey is the worst Casey's I have experienced when it comes to getting fuel. Either pumps have bags over handles out of order. Or you go threw all the steps to start fueling with paying at pump and it does nothing. Do better Casey's. So I will be getting my gas elsewhere. Besides that it's OK store.

If you want convenience this is the place. You’ll pay the price for that service too. The best place for pizza, gas, beer and cigarettes and everything possible to snack on!

I ordered pizza for delivery. Before asking for payment or address they hung up after telling me a total and approximate time. I had ordered there before a few times so figured they had it on file. After 45 minutes there is no pizza. I call back and they claim computer malfunction. They hadn't even made the pizzas I ordered.

Would have been a higher star rating, but the cashiers often state they are out of bags. Kinda sucks if you want to purchase quite a few items all at once.

Worst Casey's around they used to care about their customers but I've been loyal customer for years we spend over 150 dollars a day in a gas to fill our truck but lately they have over charged for everything the food isn't any good it either is soggy or sat too long and as of late they decide if your a rewards member or not! so as of today myself and other construction teams will refuse their service and take our hard earned money to a different place of business I highly recommend you do the same

The gasoline works fine. The store carries a good variety of products for quick purchases for a traveler or for home. Plus they have some tasty pizzas in addition to other food items. A bit pricey but convenient.

Came in yesterday. The ice coffee machines were empty. I told the older lady working the counter, she ignored me. Came back today. Still empty ?♀️ had to wait 15 mins for another person to fill them. She only filled the vanilla and I wanted mocha. Then the old lady at the counter same one as yesterday charged us for the customers donut behind me and my husband Next time we will just go to Starbucks.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The pizza is actually better than every block chain franchise. Fresh made donuts. They always have great cooks.
