Dissapointing customer service and poor options. My fiance and I came in to look at wedding bands and when we asked to look at the different men's wedding bands next to each other (10k, 14k, etc) we got a condescending response from the attendant saying there were only 2 types of gold: white and gold..most of the stuff they showed us wasn't even real! Hard to spend money on something you havent even seen yet. Not very many options either.

I had a horrible experience at D&D. The worst customer service I have received in a very long time. The staff was rude, confrontational and condescending when questions were asked. They responded as if answers were obvious. The final product reflected the lack of effective communication with extremely poor quality and was different than what was expected and paid for.

When you have multiple lady friends, you have to treat them equally with nice jewelry. I bought one of them a beautiful necklace with their birthstone on it and she loved it. Then, the other one found out and demanded she get one similar. Right down the street from my business, I jumped right into it. The guy who helped me out was awesome. Now, all my ladies are happy thanks to these lovely people.

Highly Professional, High Integrity, Highly Resourceful.Watches were repaired which were very sentimental to me of diverse manufacturers. Multiple jewelers were not able to repair these pieces, however, D&D did so very quickly at a very cost effective price. So very thankful, and took great care of the time pieces. Highly recommend!

Hello, if any of you are looking for an amazing to take your jewelry for any repairs (regardless of scope of repair), avoid this place at all cost! My wife has a rather small necklace that suffered a small (>2mm) break that a small solder could have repaired with flying colors. Not only did I hand over this item three weeks ago, each time I tried contacting they obliged me with a “we’ll get right on it, sir.” I gave sufficient patience to the establishment being that they are highly reguarded in DeKalb County as THE PREMIER place to take higher-end material. They not only blew me away with the lack of care, but the utter disrespect to show how they forget of people who are willing to pay their hard earned money.Drop off date: 03/26/2021Ready date: 04/07/2021Picked up: 04/14/2021The item was not even ready when I picked up! Took them a while to locate the jewelry piece, which made me slightly concerned as it isn’t a child’s toy I am having repaired, it’s a costly piece of jewelry I am looking to have professionally repaired. Almost seemed like the tossed it in a drawer and forgot all about some of the pieces. Their “junk drawer,” if you will. I understand businesses cannot be perfect, however when you open the repair conversation with the highest of hopes and promises, I do not expect anything less than that was stated in the beginning. Honestly, if he had stated this would be at least three weeks I would have respected the honesty and moved on!Please do watch out and explore other options.

Customer service is very poor. I ordered a custom Mother’s ring with three stones for my wife in November. They asked if it was ok if it didn’t arrive by Christmas.
