Avoid at all cost got here at 0730 for a delivery no appointment requires it 1130 and just finally got a door I wish shippers and receivers would respect and value our time a lot more cause now it cost me a load on the positive side the lady in the office was super nice updates it’s now 1300 and still not unloaded smh

They are nice but too slow, second time here checked in 10am it’s 1 pm and still on the dock PLUS you can’t sit in your truck gotta wait in tiny hot waiting area.

YOU CAN EASILY MISS THIS FACILITY. ON A LONG NARROW ROAD, SIGN FOR ENTRY WAS NOT EASILY SEEN FROM ROAD. BRING BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER. TOOK OVER 6HRS TO GET IN AND OUT OF FAC.

They require you to wait in lounge and leave the key while unloading... Take your phone with you bc its an empty room.. No smoking on premises either
