“i just had a very pleasant and helpful experience at Thornton on Barrington Road. i just downloaded the rewards app and had a coupon for a BOGO free pepsi/mt dew product that expires on Friday.i picked up 2 20oz pepsi and go to the counter to check out, scan my app, and it doesn’t reflect the sale price.maya determined that i had picked up the incorrect size for the item and showed me where to go. unfortunately there were no more 1L pepsi in the cooler and i don’t like Mt. Dew.i was about to leave but Maya said Wait.. let me check the back to see if any are there. in an effort to help me, Maya went to the back to see if there were any available and BINGO yes there was.she was very helpful and cheerful =excellent customer service. i rate this location 10/10. way to go Maya”

“Got gas here and the price was lower than the last time I filled up. I also got the deluxe (or whatever they call it) carwash. The car got a good scrubbing and some wax that smelled like a bathroom air freshener. The station is easy to get in and out .”

“I placed a 1 hour photo order this evening and the order was over 250 pictures so the pick up time was posted as 11:20 am tomorrow-not at all surprised I called the store and spoke to Kimberly, and explained I was putting photos together for my father in law's wake, told her I understood what a large order we had however anything they could do to improve the order time would be most appreciated even if it was an hour sooner. She was so kind on the phone and said she would pass the information on to the photo department...well- she sure did! Maria from photo and their manager (sorry didn't get the name) completed the order in less than 2 hours. Thank you to the entire Walgreens team !!!!”

“Rita at the Streamwood store was very helpful, friendly and patient. I lost a pair of glasses, so I wanted to get my new prescription into an older pair of glasses( bought at Sears but they are gone). A different optical store wanted to charge me $150 for a whole new pair.They wouldn't put them in old glasses and it was only one eye that needed changing! Rita said no problem and the charge was very reasonable. I enjoyed chatting with her and was delighted at the service. I will go there for my glasses next time.”
