Recently made a purchase of a mustang ecoboost. Excellent service got the price I wanted. The staff was very friendly and made sure I could get what I want. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle.

I’m sharing this experience that happened a week ago. I got this flyer in the mail right before my birthday. So I wanted to go see what is was about.. I didn’t even have the gas to come over there it said I was a winner. I come in and answer a few questions to a dude I don’t remember his name he just was so judgemental. I don’t have a job or a car. I’m a stay at home mom, and pregnant again just turned 21. He says I’m a winner takes me back for a lottery ticket. Then proceeds to say “come back when you have a job because you need one” he doesn’t know my situation he said more like he knew me, I should of asked him he would watch my kids while I went to work. Bad experience won’t come again. The flyer is fake guys, just lottery tickets worst place ever.

Very disappointed with the after the sale customer service. Had problems with brand new 2024 compass. Very hard to get a call back. Service department is a total joke. Jeep has 1000 miles on it been in their shop a week now. The loaner car they gave us was a joke it had been wrecked wasn't even close to being safe to drive. Instead of saying we love to see you happy their slogan should say we ll take your money...

Surprised to see my local dealership running a direct mail scam. Surprise the sales manager, Tristan, signed off on this. Not a good look to have new customers come in based on a lie. Would avoid.

Scam!! Scam lottery! We drove an hour to get their scam “prize” and got a lottery ticket for our “prize”. They tried to have us trade in our car - no prize nothing! Horrible, rude and nasty people. Avoid at all costs!

Unwilling to price match found exact same vehicle. With same mileage I drove to Springfield. After over charging me on a different vehicle a couple of years ago claiming there online pricing was wrong but I was in a crunch I thought I would give them another chance. They disappointed me yet again I went up to landmark in Springfield and go my car along with a few other perks they didn't offer. I will not be back again. My family and friends will be referred to Springfield from now on.

I actually never left a review. This was the worse dealer I’ve ever experienced. Every 1 star review is true. 25k car, check engine on the way home, they sent my trade in car to auction on Monday when I bought the new car Saturday so no takebaskies. Tristan / service department was a joke. Had my car for 30 days and nothing was fixed. No compensation ever offered. Horrible horrible dealer. The TWO rentals they gave me also had issues. I knew I screwed up when the two rentals were off the lot with issues. Every time I think about a new car or hear someone I scream stay away from these jokers Horrible compensation
Also the service manager will make it seem like he is doing a favor fixing the issues and the rentals total dip***t

Bought a jeep from them and the check engine light came on while driving home.. took them over a month to not even fix it and in the meantime they gave us 2 different vehicles to drive in the meantime that both had major issues that they were aware of and were for sale as is! It’s crazy to me that you can be a Jeep dealership and not know how to fix Jeep cars.. the customer service was terrible and that’s being nice.. Tristan was horrible the worst communication skills I’ve ever seen, please do not go here there are plenty of dealerships in the area that are actual professionals who won’t totally screw you like these people did to me. And id like to just add I took the car to an ACTUAL mechanic who was able to fix it in less than 2 days I’m not sure what was so hard for them

200$ for them to scan my truck and let it sit for 3 days to still have the same issue. Didnt drive the trucks in the different height modes, didnt check any sensors cleared codes let it sit and called it good.
