The manager and other woman in "customer service" were the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever encounter at a Lowes. I purchased the wrong size trimmer line for my trimmer/edger and needed to exchange it for the right size. I did not have a receipt and did not know what credit card I used but I bought it at Lowe's, it was still able to be scanned and I just wanted an exchange. They said without the receipt or the credit card it was purchased with that they would not be able to do anything for me. This was not delivered in a nice manner though.

Check their prices with other Lowe’s before buying there they up charge their prices got scammed out out off 320$ today

I never usually complain. This occasion I do feel this is necessary since it was a three time pattern.
Be mindful of what you buy. I do not recommend buying the big compliances. Lowes need’s to hired a whole new crew of installers. The first crew damaged our purchase in delivery process. The 2nd crew didn’t replace the entire unit, and spoke to my Mom like she was a baby, then the third crew removed part of my screen door without my consent! (Destruction of property) lastly they left the plastic rapping on disarranged. I asked him to leave it on. He insisted he had to in order to complete installation. I know that’s not true. I seen them leave it on before and with many other resource’s agreed. At least complete one or the other. Finish neat. Double check with the customers. Do not touch peoples property! Be polite to your elders/ customers.
Tip: The majority of the items stocked in the back are defects.

Much better than Home Depot!!
Knowledgeable employees that are available and willing to help. I waited for help for 10 minutes at Home Depot right down the road to fund the item I wanted out of stock. Just a short drive away I got exactly what I wanted- in and out.

Nothing really out of the ordinary. We found what we needed quickly. Made our way to the self-checkout. The young person there said have a nice evening, with a smile, and we left. Everything went fine. As usual.

Denise the manager refused to price match or even thoroughly read the ad we showed her even though Lowe’s advertises “lowest price guarantee”. She talks down to you like you don’t know what you’re talking about regardless how much you try to explain she just didn’t want to do her job and help you. HIRE MANAGERS WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP.

Countless orders have been delayed or not fulfilled.
We have given Lowe’s St. Charles more than enough chances to deliver thier orders as promised or provide quality customer service.
We placed a order today for delivery and paid the 150 delivery charge. I called twice to make sure this would be delivered hours before delivery. I was assured it would come.
Not only was it not delivered but when I called for answers on why it was not even remotely close to being complete, Brian (associte from Lowe’s) called me rude for no reason only because he was offended I was questioning the process they have implemented. Then hung up on me as I asked for supervisor.
I’ll be canceling my Lowe’s card and will never return.

Very bad experience with returns department I buy two products and rec. Only credit for one and the manager of the store in st charles was not professional,i will never come back to lowes again.

Don’t get me wrong. Everything you need, I’d rather go there then Home Depot but seriously, can you open the registers please. Funneling everyone into 4 self check outs when there are 6 additional registers is ridiculous. I understand someone using for a few odds and ends but having to scan 46 items with the front end member standing 2 feet away watching me do it seems pretty counterproductive, at least if I’m expecting to pull my weight when i apparently punch In for a shift at least give me the employee discount

I always have a good experience here they're plumbing department however is lacking if you need a lot of different connectors and sizes and whatnot but other than that it's a good neighborhood one stop shop

Do not shop here. If you purchase an item and it's 91 days past when you got it they won't do anything. No store credit no return even with receipt nothing. Instead go to Home Depot or Menards where you don't have this problem.

It seems most things are never in stock. They are priced higher on most things than their competitors. Good luck finding anyone in the store who is knowledgeable about tools or other products in the store. Usually have a frustrating experience here
