I cannot compliment Dan, the manager, enough, for such a clean, well run location. You arrive and someone immediately meets you at your car, no confusion, organized and gracious. The staff were great. It was close to closing time but they took me in. Very efficient. The only complaint was the price. Don't think I can afford this place anymore. It was way over what I paid last time. Like the people working there, getting overcharged not so much.

I recently visited jiffy lube in St. Charles and was very pleased with the service I received. I had an oil change, tire rotation and replacement windshield wipers. The work was completed in one half hour and the men working there were so polite and professional! Definitely recommend!

I did not wait longer than 4 minutes! I couldnt believe it?There were 3 other people before me too, so I was very happy with my experience. The workers are professional and fast.

I was there the Friday before Thanksgiving break and it was busy but I have my car in 20 minutes. I talked to several people who waited much much longer at other "quick" oil change stores. ☆☆☆☆☆
