Very nice staff. Good haircut and I expect good color service. Usually go to the other location in Geneva and have wonderful favorites there as well and they were booked so this was absolutely great.

Very upset with this place, where I work we welcome customers no matter what time it is and even extend a 5 minute grace period after closing time. It was 3:50 when I walked in on saturday 2/16/2019 and the lady closing was counting down the drawer, slammed it closed and said "we close in like 10 minutes" in the rudest voice ever. She clearly didn't want my purchase of 3 items that took less than that 10 minutes. I should have stayed browsing for 20 after how she treated me when I walked in. I was absolutely floored by the way she looked at and spoke to me. I will never shop this location again and I hope she gets some help with her customer service skills. I usually go to the north aurora store and they are always happy to have my business even if I'm running in 5 minutes before close to quickly grab something because of my work schedule, I will stay going where the customer service is 11/10 quality.
