The dedication, care and attention to detail that Minda Turner displayed has been nothing short of ideal. The treatment I received as well as the continuing care from the entire staff has been enough to win me over from Chase Banking. I don't think I would have given a Bank chain that you could only find in a Walmart a chance in hell without her outstanding customer service skills. Now I am a Woodforest Bank client for the foreseeable future.

Customer service was great the lady was so sweet but when I cashed my check today she shorted me 100 dollars and I didn't realize that till I got to my car by the time I walked back in they where closed so I don't know what I should do bout the 100 they still owe me

Carmen is very kind and efficient in what she does ! However being so short staffed left Carmen with “Dani”, who after being asked to assist as a teller gave her an excuse and followed with sloth like characteristics to the counter finally helping other customers waiting due to the north branch being closed . Have been with this bank for over 10 years now Eric and Carmen are real reasons I stay a customer. Eric and Carmen deserve 5 stars .

This bank consistently has a problem with customer service. There is no one around to help or there is always an older lady who has a problem with her computer every time I'm here, but when someone else steps up it's working fine. She can visit with friends for 20 minutes also. You stand in line for 15 minutes with no progress and some manager sitting back at a desk not helping anyone. Picked them for open on Sunday, and now they are closed, choose another bank!!!!!!

I've been with this bank for 5yrs and they never disappointed me with there awesome customer service. Lejune walmart location if Ms Ashley, Ms Erica, Ms Carmen ever leave, I will be closing my account for good

Avoid this place unless it's your only option for a bank and then even then I still wouldn't do it The worst customer service I've ever dealt with there's literally one person in this bank that is nice and he is not always there these were fees don't belong just avoid this place do yourself a favor it's not a real Bank the only thing this Bank this is good for is taking your money and causing you problems they offer a debit card that is easily hackable and refuses to do anything about it avoid avoid avoid
