I took my car in for a 10:00 appointment to have tires installed. They informed me that if I was 15 minutes late, my appointment would be cancelled. Keep this in mind. I arrived early and my car was handed to them at 9:48. I was told they would have it pulled in within 5 minutes. I didn't get a verification text that they had begun until 10:33. I kept looking through the service window (because they had nobody working the counter to talk with) to see what the status was. My car was on the lift, and the wheels were off. Sometime after 12:25 (my car was the only one in the shop) someone picked up one of my tires and began to work on it. So here we are 2 1/2 hours later, and they finally begin. I was finally able to leave with the job done after I got the text saying my car was done at 1:17. The tech gave me an excuse that he was the only person that could work on it and he had to go to lunch at 12:00. So what happened between 10:33 and 12:00? Nothing. But remember, if I was 15 minutes late, they would cancel in me. At least there was live entertainment. While I was waiting I got to watch one of their stockers, Michael, cuss out two other patrons over pronouns and misgendering him. Keep it classy Walmart.

I purchased the Walmart+ membership and it is the worst thing I have ever spent my money on. My orders are either delayed or incorrect. Today I had the liberty of picking up an online order. I ordered a pack of hamburger buns that was supposed to have 8 buns in it. When I got home, there was only six buns in the pack. I don't know what kind of people this Walmart on Freedom drive in Springfield, IL is hiring, but they don't pay attention to anything and could care less about customer orders. Once this membership ends, I will not be renewing it, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. By the time you make 2-3 trips to Walmart for forgotten/incorrect items, you might as well had gone into the store and shopped for your own items. This is such a disappointment and inconvenience. Never again.

Great employees, I'm new to the area in byram, Ms I seem to arrive on the busiest day of the week. But the shelves were stocked and easily found what I was looking for.

My last post complained about how poor the check out service was and how I had to wait for about 30 mins to get through the line. Well that was not the case today and the store is busier than last week. Hats off to management for getting it right

I wanted to return a treadmill I bought online from Walmart.com. They refused to accept the return because I did not have the box. The return barcode states "No box? We will pack it for you in store." Terrible customer service. I contacted corporate and have yet to hear back. It's been almost a month.

Be careful and don't buy any chicken or meat from this store ,, I have 3 times of bad experience with this store when I bought baby lamb ribs, chicken breasts and sirloin steak .. In the 1st and 2nd. times , I didn't notice that until I came home , but today Thursday Sep. 19th/2019 , I couldn't keep my mouth shut .. I had to call 911 complain of the rotten meat with a nasty smell but the operator ignore any police involvement if there is no death reported. I had to call FDA who disconnected their phone or changed it . I had to call the public health office and the employee defended Walmart of not expired meat and today is the last day of the validity while the meat turned in to green/brown color and transfered me to her boss who wasn't at the office and I should leave a voice message .. I wonder how come Walmart can get by with that and sell rotten chicken and beef ? That's what they call it MONKEY BUSINESS AND LACK OF LAW ENFORCEMENT..

What a novel concept if you would open more registers. You taught your chair bearing csm to speak not just room eyes. End social hours and teach staff to ring. Over all worst Walmart ever.

Used to be a normal Walmart years ago until a tornado passed through the area. Instead of merely rebuilding, they decided to turn it Into one of the newer super wally worlds which meant an absolutely bizarre store layout at the time. Haven't been back In a few years though due to that and the fact its always packed, we go to the new one over at the sixth street exit.

This review is more for the tire and lube service walmart offers. I wouldnt reccomend using these guys. I had a pair of raybans stolen during an oil change. I called and talked to a manager that said he would check the cameras and give me a call back. I never did hear back. You get what you pay for at wal-mart and in my case my 30 dollar oil change ended up costing 175 bucks. Thanks for the great customer service, walmart.

Please do not ever purchase a phone or plan at Walmart. I could very easily write a book on this horrible experience. To summarize, I have paid over $1,000.00, lost at least eight hours of my time in the store, put over 200 miles on my truck, and have been without a phone for 30 days. The store has offered a $30.00 settlement and felt sincerely that this was a honest offer. Just to top it off I purchased a Walmart Credit Card in addition to the above and put $300.00 on it, it does not work and no one at the store can provide any sort of an explanation. So add that to the above.

This Walmart needs to revisit their customer service training. We purchased an expensive toy from them for our son and it was missing an important part. I called them to find out what we needed to do and was hung up on, called back and I was hung up on again, this went on for a total of four times. My husband had to go to the store and speak to them directly. I will not go back to this store ever.

I shopped this Wal Mart on a Saturday afternoon. There was only 2 registers open, the 1st one and the last one. People were 7-8 deep and many people were cussing and complaining. The store was also out of several items on my list. The "manager" pranced back and forth the front of the store giggling and thinking she was pretty cute. She was definitely not interested in dealing with the obviously increasing negative situation. People actually left there carts full and walked out. I will no longer shop here.

This Walmart has recently been renovated to a Walmart Supercenter. This store contains every item you could possibly need and at an affordable price.
