The store has gone downhill for the last few months. Shelves are bare, merchandise from all depts t thrown together, merchandise on the floor, Bins of all merchandise sitting everywhere. Employees standing around chatting! I always loved your store, would hate to see it close for mismanagement!!

Not very much to choose from. Was shopping for purses and there were maybe 15 to look at. Most other things were low on stock too.

While upon entering here, I do love Ross for cheap deals they have on great clothes, however the customer service is definitely not fine. I saw multiple customers clearly trying to check out, I wasn’t sure who was working there or not because of how many people were behind the counter and the worker walking off multiple times while assisting customers trying to talk to his co-workers. Apart from that, great store! So I would rate the store, 7.5/10! Could work on customer service.

Always can find great deals
