The owners are awesome!!! I come here from time to time when I can and the store is always beautifully stocked with the prettiest crystals, tarot decks, jewelry, handmade keychains & dream catchers! I absolutely love coming here! It always smells nice and makes me feel right at home. Plus, the owners are wonderful to converse with. I’d buy everything if I could!! If you’re looking for a nice family owned crystal store with great prices, this is the perfect spot! You won’t be disappointed!:)

I was so excited to have finally found this place. We are from East Peoria, IL and drove to Springfield on Saturday. I've had this place on my bucket list for 2 years. Well I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed. First off the gal was burning some kind of incense that smelled like smudge sticks. I smudge at home sometimes and it doesn't smell awesome as some people think. Anyway, my friend said he couldn't handle it and thought he'd have to wait in the car for me because his eyes were burning and he started to cough. It did smell horrible. NagChampa would have been a better choice than whatever she was burning. Anyway I was surprised by how vacant the store looked. On the website pictures it looked like it would be packed with all kinds of cool stuff. But that was far from the truth. Didn't buy anything at all. Had to leave fast because of that incense. I was truly bummed out about it. But then we found a way cooler place right down the street that had amazing stuff. So sorry for the low review, but I like to be honest.

I wish I can rating you guys with 7-stars but I would like to argue why. Yesterday I went to the LOESS show and found Rock Candy. Both its owner and his companion were very kind to me. I witnessed how a girl in a wheelchair wanted to enter her store and the owner did everything possible to give her the best day of her life, even without even charging her. Also, I got a discount too for helping her to pick some treasures.Then the payment system wasn't working so he took my cash, that was a little bit less than I have to pay. Only with their actions can you realize the quality of person that exists behind the counter and makes me feel the desire to go back to your store to buy and tell everyone that business like this is worth supporting and helping grow within our community. Inclusion, empathy and understanding is something that is not bought at Walmart. Thank you for everything, Rock Candy!???????

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The store has a great variety of collections and a nice layout. I also noticed the manager treats his workers very kindly and respectfully. I will be back!

Went in here today, and had an amazing visit! Service was amazing and so friendly! Big variety of products and information attached to each item! They also has a great mix and match deal on several of their products, and reasonable prices! Definitely will be back soon!

My son bought me a carnelian necklace for my birthday this year from Rock Candy. It is a beautiful piece. Waiting to see if matching earrings can be made to complete set. Staff very knowledgeable and easy to work with!!!

Their selection of crystals is vast and all incredibly priced, as is their collection of fossils. A wonderfully personable staff makes you feel right at home, even if it's your first time. Highly recommend.
