I'll start with the one positive thing (the only reason they're not getting only one star) and that is that they have a decent inventory. They definitely have quite a bit to look at BUT it is heavily overshadowed by ridiculous prices ex. ($700 for a used ps5 with no box and pawn king right next door sells the same exact thing for $600). If the prices weren't bad enough to scare you away then the customer service definitely will. Extremely pushy employees that pretty much bum rush you and be prepared to get uncomfortably stared at while you browse. I mean UNCOMFORTABLY stared at. A very unwelcoming and awkward atmosphere overall. There's a reason there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. Go to pawn king right down the road. Trust me.
