I missed her name, but the associate helping me was very friendly and helpful in looking around for the type of item I was after.PSA: I noticed a sign on the door that they do not have a public bathroom. Just wanted to say that because sometimes people have been shopping a while by the time you get to a store where you're going to be trying things on for a while longer yet!

I purchased 2 dresses total $108.00 hubby did not like them (they were for wedding) so I returned them. The ladies returned them and said I was credited back in full. So I throw away receipt. A month and a half later get bill saying I owe $32.44 $30 late fee $2 interest and .44 the local store did not reimburse me! So they tell me to go to store n have them fix their error. Store tells me nothing they can do. I had tossed away the receipts as they were returned n refunded in full I thought. So now I had to pay the .44 I was shorted on my return. So now I am out .88 and they tell me they will remove the late fee but they will see if they can remove the $2 interest fee. I told her they better as I'm not paying more for the stores error. I told them to just cancel my card. I have shopped lane Bryant for 26 years and to have this experience just did it for me. I am done with them. And no apology on anyone's part. So furious.

I was just in your store. Ellie greated me as I came in and was so helpful and friendly. She helped me pick out the perfect dress (and bra) helped me with the sizes and helped me carry everything into the dressing roomI hate shopping but she made the experience enjoyable!!I highly encourage every plus size lady to check this store out!!!Thank you Ellie!!!

I hadn't been in the store in quite a while but popped in for a sale. The sales associates were helpful and friendly, the store clean and well stocked with newly arriving merchandise. We had quite a few laughs.

They offer nice enough clothing, but their pants ALWAYS bunch up around the inseam on me because I'm short waisted. Also, they were once a nice place to find business casual, but haven't been in a long time.

The gal I spoke with was very professional and courteous!! What a nice and pleasant encounter for a change! Some stores have really went downhill because of Covid issues. But this person couldn't have been nicer!!
