Service Department Sucks.
Routine oil change and twice they leave black oil stained fingerprints at several points throughout my tan fabric interior. I keep my car clean and i go to dealership so i dont have to worry about quality. Unfortunately here there is an aura of laziness and discontent for the work environment that carries over into performance. At my previous dealerships they have placed plastic liners over seat and worn disposable gloves when driving/manipulating vehicle. Here they do not; whats worse they do not take responsibility nor care.
In congruence with the other reviews on here my experience is a rude service team who dont have time nor a desire to hear you out. They are very off-putting and given the price you pay for dealer service it is simply sub-par and unacceptable. I have the luxury of frequenting STL so I will for service in future.

James R. was great to work with and very knowledgeable! His facts first, no BS style made us love our car so much more because we were confident we selected the right vehicle for us!

Always have a pre owned vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic prior to purchase. Test drove a luxury pre owned vehicle that was in rough condition and shook as I was driving, and having a mechanical background, was able to tell there was major work to be done. Then, they tried to convince me that the auction price of this vehicle was higher than KBB value.

They got me..20k for a car with a messed up transmission. Not even had it 3 months. 5 year loan im on the hook for. ?♂️?♂️?♂️???
They had my car for almost 2 days. 2 days. Just to come hand me my keys and say yep the noise is coming from the transmission. Literally cya bye nothing else. Couldn't you have done that say yesterday morning when I dripped it off. It was scheduled to be dropped off not just a walk in. Ridiculous. Do not buy a car from these people. This is my second car from them. Same thing with my Kia. You get the middle finger and they tell you to take it to a real dealership.
Edit: so after taking it to Ford they say, it has bad struts, bad axles, and a bad torque converter. $6k to $8k. The used car managers response to me was "GOTCHA"
Now my repairs almost total more then what the car was sold to me for. ????
Even though they REPLIED AND said contact us, they have never did anything for me. No service after the sale, none at all. I recently replaced the struts on the vehicle like they all said, and it still makes banging sounds over bumps. It still grinds.

Ty hooked us up with our new minivan. We live out of town, and he communicated promptly through all forms of communication until we were able to meet in person. He never came on too strong or pushy. Ty really had our best interests in mind and made sure we were comfortable with the whole transaction. Everyone at Honda that we came in contact with had the same demeanor and priority for good service. We had a great experience!

Only one visit to this location, yet I’ve had multiple issues. I have tried to contact the service manager at least 6 times and have never received a reply. Clearly there is no need to have satisfied customers!

Called for an oil change on a Saturday Morning, 20 minutes later we dropped our car off with Robbie and Don back in service, then went and did some errands. Called us within 20 minutes and said we were done. Went back a couple of hours later, picked up our car, received a free car wash and left. Robbie and Don in Service were very polite and Friendly, as was the cashier. 1st time our Accord has been to service here and we plan on making this Honda Service Center her regular "pit stop".

I will no longer be purchasing honda vehicles from this dealership or any other hondas. I received a warranty extension on my 2017 crv for misfire issues and as a result all of the diagnostic codes appear setting off the dash alarms. The warranty extension specifically states my problems for a 2017 crv and the dealership says I need fuel injectors replaced at a cost of $1300. Because my Vin number doesn't qualify (even though I received a warranty extension letter) I will have to make repairs at my own expense. I would be satisfied if the dealership would at least supply the parts. I will probably purchase a new vehicle soon but will not be a HONDA

I would rate this dealership negative ten. They are pathetic and very unprofessional from top to bottom. I spend extra on additional packages when I bought CRV but they suck even for regular services. Once you bought vehicle they will not provide after sale service even you paid extra in packages. People are rude and very unprofessional. They dont like to here any complain and if you have one they start behaving bad. I regret my decision to buy from this dealership and even their GM want return the call so you have nobody answer your problem. With two folded hands request everybody to avoid going to this dealership or you will regret like me after spending so much money. To end if they say that somebody including their GM will return uour call forget it I am still waiting for one after month.

I thought everything was going great with my buying experience but I was wrong. It has been over a month now that I traded my vehicle in for a used vehicle. They told me they would send the pay off to the bank and still have not. They now won't return my phone calls. And to top it off they already sold my trade in vehicle. Not really sure how that's even legal.
Update they have finally paid but still very disappointed with my experience.

We needed to take our vehicle to Honda of Illinois for an inspection. We had an appointment scheduled at 8:20am on May 7th, and received several confirmation texts regarding it.
Here's what ended up happening: May 7th comes along, and after around 4 hours of waiting, we didn't hear anything about our vehicle. We tried calling them 4 times, and couldn't reach a representative. Some time later, they called us back, only to inform us that the supposed 8:20 "appointment" wasn't an appointment at all. Instead, it was just a "FaceTime session" so we could talk with someone about what was wrong with our 2015 Honda Civic (which makes no sense).
After this confusing statement, they then proceded to tell us that they tried calling one of us and left a message (which didn't happen), and also spoke with another one of us about the vehicle (also didn't happen, as they don't even have his number on file).
Then, after some back and forth, they then told us that they still haven't looked at the vehicle since we "technically" didn't set up an actual appointment yet.
So in short, they lied to us about the appointment, the so-called FaceTime session, and about leaving messages and/or speaking with one of us already, all while being incredibly rude and impatient throughout all of it. Do NOT have your vehicle serviced here unless you want to deal with such an unpleasant situation.
