Horrible weekend hours. You guys are only open when im at work, lol. Not gonna buy anything from you since you can't be bothered to be open. Bankers hours are for bankers not construction. I'd rather drive to the nearest home depot.

Upon the first call, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes by a rude female. On the second call, I was told the bolt I needed doesn't exist. Perhaps this store is good for things other than bolts - a deceptive name, I must say.UPDATE: Imagine my surprise when I received a call back from someone claiming to be the owner within an hour of posting my review, in which he asked me to take down the negative review. When I didn't immediately comply, stating "I'll consider it", the "conversation" changed. I'll reserve my opinion so you can make your own, but some of the comments made by this "owner" were: "Go F yourself", "Are you just mad at the world?", "Why don't you come down here and I'll give a negative review to your face?", and "I've got your number, maybe I should give your company a bunch of bad reviews." I stated he was unprofessional, and mostly just let him do the rest of talking before he finally hung up.

This is by far the best tool store around. Best prices on Milwaukee tools and accessories anywhere. The staff is super friendly and they always have great sales going on.

I had an employee a month or so go buy a Milwaukee chop saw . He said very friendly atmosphere. So we had the need today 12-9-2020 for a new mitre saw . So I personally visited the store for the first time . I’d like to say thank you to everyone I came in contact with there this morning . All was very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly . As a contractor I will be going back for all my tool needs . I’d highly recommend going and checking the place out even if it’s to just buy something simple like a tape measure .
