I had mistakenly downloaded an app and gave a scammer access to my phone. The Cricket store in Springfield had only 1 guy working, and he was NOT very helpful. However, the Cricket store guy working in Jacksonville helped me AND deleted the app (which the guy in Springfield did NOT tell me to do!!).

Marquis R was very polite and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and helped my find the right phone for my needs. He got me checked out in minutes and went over all the fees and taxes before I was charged anything. It was a great experience....2023 UPDATE...Dealt with Wade today. He was very polite and informative. The phone we purchased was for my wife and he got her one that wasn't too expensive or powerful beyond her needs. The only hang up was the time lock safe that the company installed which delayed is getting the phone for several minutes, but that's not his fault.

I have cricket since 2016 was ok at first just whatever you do don't do it worst ever asurion customer service for insurance on a cell phone I've ever had just remember if you crack your screen and can't hard reset your phone throw it away cause theyll get your info after fixing it ever think how these people get your info and other contacts hmmm makes you wonder maybe right. Just Sayn

Khalil was very professional and knowledgeable about the phones in the store. He was patient and helpful with setting up my new phone. Even though they were out of stock on the screen protector I needed for my new phone he said they would call me when their next shipment comes in. Wonderful service!

I went to Cricket Wireless to change my service and to purchase a new phone. Khalil J. is the associate who helped me. He helped me pick out a phone that would be easy for me to use and completed the sale. We had problems changing the service because the old company gave us incorrect info. Khalil stayed calm and professional during the ordeal. I cannot thank him enough for getting everything straightened out. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He is a credit to Cricket Wireless. I will refer friends and relatives to him.

Khalil and Noah went out of their way to help me access a reliable and affordable phone. Khalil introduced me to the LG Harmony 3, but there were none in stock. Sad face. BUT Noah knew how to make magic happen and tracked one down for me. They are an awesome team!
