“I'd like to start off by saying I've been a licensed nail tech since 2019 and I can honestly say after coming to Tina every two weeks for a few months that I literally won't go anywhere else!Every two weeks I've gotten an acyrlic set on my toes filled. My Fiancé got me a beautiful Able purse from here for Mother’s Day with the help of an associate, she helped him pick out an awesome purse & sent him inventory pictures. It ended up not being “my color” and I contacted them for an exchange. Even though they already had our money & wasn’t gaining anything, another associate went out of her way to personally order a custom bag that I wanted from Able corporate and exchanging it was a breeze. Today this place was pretty jammed so it was a touch of a nuisance to me. Got some cheap solid color tees which is exactly what I was there for. “This was the best store clothing store and one stop shop I’ve ever been to in Springfield Illinois. They have a layaway program and loyalty program that other stores doesn’t have. The quality of the clothes and the customer service was wonderful. I enjoyed the music playing while shopping and they even had a beautician that does hair. The prices are so affordable that I don’t even have to go to the only mall we have in Springfield. I give this store a 5 stars to be a brand new store in the neighborhood of north grand and 5th street across from qik n ez. The community should welcome that black owned store and encourage more men to get involved with the community of Springfield Illinois. ♥️♥️♥️”
