“Went in to Best Buy with my daughters to purchase a security camera system for my Mom. So we walked in, and the TVs were to the right. Huge!!!! We're laughing and talking, and this young man came over and asked if he could help us. His name was Matt, Matt H., I believe. He was soooo helpful. He went above and beyond his job description. My card was acting up, and my eye pad was too. I don't know about these apps, but he did. I needed to access the bank app, so he went to get WIFI info from Geek Squad, which was the problem. I was shocked it worked. He also explained the system, and sold me the Best Buy reward program. I tell you, Best Buy should be super impressed with this young man, because he clearly gave so many reasons I should purchase it, and I said ok, you got me.??
