Great store with plenty of parking and I find there's always so something on sale,occasionally find half price items in the shopping carts in the shopping cart section. Fresh baked goods are wonderful. Fruits, vegetables and condiments are easy to find but area is cramped. A good selection of meats and poetry with sale prices weekly. Overall a good shopping experience with just about all the foods you need with fair prices.

The pharmacist and student I dealt with tonight are very judgmental. The pharmacist tried to find every way NOT to fill my prescription! I had a legit script, been on the same medication for years, even filled that medication at a different Osco location and she wanted to verify the physician because an NP wrote the script. If you’re gonna be so scared to write scripts nowadays maybe you shouldn’t be a pharmacist. I am not happy with how this whole situation was handled. I definitely felt like this pharmacist profiled me and that is UNACCEPTABLE!! Now the patient that really needs their medication suffers! Great job pharmacist! You did fantastic tonight. You should really be proud of the great job you do, learn some real people skills!

Everyone has been exceptionally kind to me (except maybe 1 of the pharmacy staff members). This pharmacy is prompt filling my prescriptions and I love being able to refill my prescriptions online. Thank you ?!

One of the employees working in the deil at around 4PM body shamed my sister. My sister and I were going to buy some banana pudding for our family. As my sister says “I can tell there is a medium size or a scoop more” so, my sister asks to take the rest of the banana pudding. The male employee working the deil counter says “the rest of it?” and starts laughing for absolutely no reason. My sister continues to be nice and says “yes the rest of it.” The male continues to laugh and my sister starts to feel insecure. She, my sister stays friendly and just says never mind because the male keeps laughing at her, going back and forth “so what size?” and “the rest of it?” It’s ridiculous how she was treated just because she is larger than the male and is asking for the rest of it that he treats her with disrespect. My sister didn’t ask for someone else, complained or gave the same attitude back. She simply walked away. Teach your staff some better respect, it’s embarrassing.

my mother was told she can't allowed to shop in the store without saying why , store staff just don't refuse anyone to shop , just don't ban anyone from the store for not giving any reason , store staff ban paying customer , doesn't do anything when goes on like a guy jacking off behind a paying customer by escorted her out , I don't get why ban paying customer refused to enter to shop without saying why ..

Meanest and rudest people at this Osco pharmacy. Didn’t even acknowledge me and another lady in line for like 10 min. I had an appt for 10 for a COVID shot. And the lady working was rude to both me and the other customer. When I showed them my appt email, she said their website had an error and they weren’t dosing covid shots til 11. I said “well I have an appt for 10, can’t you just dose one for me right now? I’m here.” And she just flat out rudely said “NO!” I get it that something went wrong on the website. But you don’t think to call the patients that are scheduled for an earlier time to let them know? Instead they are supposed to just show up and get rudely dismissed? Horrible experience. Book your shots and get your meds somewhere else!

Don't change the mask policy a lot of the customers and employees are fully vaccinated and they won't spread covid 19 unvaccinated people need their covid shots so we can have a safer environment I don't think the centers for disease control in prevention are not giving the right information

placed a pick up order, got a notification the order wasn't ready on time. Once i got the alert the order was ready, i checked in....then parked, took 15 minutes then i was notified i needed to call the store, i called using the button on the app, it dialed the jewel on 95th street in Chicago. dialed again and got South heights, the lady was rude on the phone, the girl finally got to the car with the groceries, she too was rude, she loaded and slammed the door on our car and walked away....never said I was set or thank you! unbelievable
