I needed new tires mounted on my Tahoe immediately , integrity got me in within an hour of calling. I use my vehicle for work so it was very important that I had it back fast, and that’s what happened. I was updated through the process . Customer service was amazing. Highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.

The most knowledgeable,the nicest and honest people you will ever meet, and they gave me a loaner ,I didn't miss work,and I saved money for not having to rent a car,I highly recommend them,thank you Integrity,you guys are a blessing ?

This used to be our go to auto care center.
There was two separate instances that drove our business away.
1. We have a 2014 Toyota Camry. We brought in for a diagnostic due to check engine light being on. Once the problem that was found was a sensor that cost 2k to replace, we decided not to go through with fixing it. Then we were called and said car was ready to pick up. Upon arriving for our car, it was in almost complete disarray. The back seat was NOT attached, exposing all the mechanisms in back of the car. Not only that, as my husband put the car in reverse he noticed the brakes in order to work the pedal needed to be push all the way to floor of the car. The car felt unsafe to drive ( which was not the case prior to dropping it off at this business). This happened on a Friday evening, so come Monday they did re-attach our backseat and apologize. However when we brought to their attention that we were concerned on how the brakes felt, they then told us that they would have to charge us to even put it on the rack to look at it. Also claimed that noone had touched the brakes while it was there. Which is hard for me to believe considering the state my car was in when they said it was ready to be picked up.They did end up bringing it back into shop(no charge) after my husband spoke with Lee. It was determined we then needed new brakes.
2. My sister went to take her 2019 Toyota Rav 4 in just a few weeks later for an oil change. When she went to pick up her vehicle she was told she needed nearly $4,000 worth of work. They said her tires were "cupping" and she needed new shocks and struts. We then brought her vehicle to TWO separate Toyota dealerships which BOTH said the same thing. That the car needed nothing and it was fine. This happened almost 6 months ago. She has not replaced shocks or struts and car is running just fine.
This is a very nice place with good customer service but with the instances that I stated above that happened to us, we will not return.

Had a tire problem and got an appointment for the next business day. In & out with in an hour plus did a vehicle inspection and showed me a few things that needs attention. Great service

Great service ! I’ve taken my car there multiple times and each time they got me in right away and my car was done in timely manner. After they are done working on my car, if I can’t pick it up, they deliver it to me at work or at home! They also follow up by txt after few days to make sure everything is ok.

Have a classic 1970 Javlin SST that needed some repairs and having difficulty finding that special person that understands Old Classics. Customer Service was great and hooked my car up a Service Technician that knows his cars. This is my go to place to get the care needed. Thanks for the attention and job well done

Had a slight dilemma when I first worked with integrity auto, but I was contacted by the owner who was understanding of the issue and worked to correct it. Mistakes will sometimes be made, but it’s your actions to correct them that define your integrity. The owner did very well in correcting the mistake in a professional manner.

We brought my son's 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am in with a multitude of problems. It had a massive transmission leak, oil leak, power steering leak, and a brake fluid leak. Carem did a complete inspection of the car and Heidi sent it to me via text message. They diagnosed things we knew were wrong with it and even had found a few other things wrong that we suspected. We discussed the plan of repair and what we could and could not afford. They worked with us on pricing and offered my son a military discount as he is active duty USAF.
They knew my son was leaving for his duty station by the end of the week and worked diligently to get the car repaired and back to us so he could drive it one last time before he left. All this meant the world to us and I can't say enough good things about this business.
Carem also found that the brake caliper had been placed on the wrong wheel and backwards which was causing pulling on that side. This was repaired and all the leaks were repaired as well as a new battery. The car runs so good now and we are very thankful.
We are in communication with them for a rear differential repair and upgrade and will be getting this scheduled as soon as we can.
I don't trust anyone else to work on our classic car. Carem took extra care of this car as they do all cars but with the classics they knew to put in inside overnight and when it rained.
Super thankful for them!

Price was fair for all that was done to the car extremely pleasant customer service employees were extremely helpful and friendly and would give statuses updates and options in order to best see the customers needs

Had a problem with the misfiring of two cylinders within my 2017 Rouge. Integrity did an inspection and found the problem was with the engine block, unfortunately. They were able to find a newer engine (about 25K miles) within a reasonable cost.
They gave me an out of the door price, which is nice when you have to make such a decision. We decide that with the large amount of miles on the Rouge, the money maybe better used on something new. Integrity completely understood, and even help us out with the cost of the inspection. Great group of people to work with.
Has also done great work in the past.

Best place I've ever been for auto repairs in the 40 years I've taken my cars in. Brooke is outstanding; kind, helpful, knowledgeable, patient. She will do everything possible for you as a customer. I've never experienced this from a repair shop. They truly care about their customers. This company will go above and beyond for their customers from picking up and dropping off car from home to giving you all your options for repairs after a very thorough inspection and their pricing. They truly operate with integrity and I'll never go anywhere else for my repairs thanks to many interactions with Brooke.
