Prices are ok, and as long as that’s all you care about you are fine. They haven’t heard of customer service there or they don’t care, they are as unfriendly and dry as they can get.

I called to ask an automotive question about a vehicle that I own and have title for and was answered very rudely and called a thief for no good reason and then hung up on terrible service and terrible call experience would not recommend taking a vehicle to this place because it would seem that they have a very poor attitude and very rude making accusations before hanging up if I could give 0 stars I would

Everyone always brags about great service. But I never received that I was sold two use tires $50 a piece and within a week they were losing air. Also noticed their weather tires with creases very disappointed. They pick and choose who they give a discount or cheaper price to depending on if they like you or not. Unfortunately I had to bring my three small children inside with me and sit in the waiting room felt as if they treated me differently. In a way I understand I bought used tires and you get what you pay for but really could have gave me some tires that would last more than a week

If I could give this place zero stars I would.Bryan is a terrible human. False imprisonment on a person, false police reports, hijacking vehicles, changing prices last minute to customers after telling them a price, and demanding more money or he will keep your vehicle is bad business.Do not shop here for anything and spread the word yall!

Came here on 4/27 for a used tire, was quoted $30. After the installation was complete the owner took over and tried to charge $60, I had to go get money because they wouldn’t hold there original price or threats of keeping my vehicle was done. We settled on $50 and I told them I needed a plug for my tire which was quoted at $10, he did the work and made me aware magically the prices changed after he did the work and demanded $20 I refused to pay and he called to cops saying I was irate and Bryan the owner or owners son, got in my face locked my car in his garage and put his hands on me. Definitely shop elsewhere.Jacks tire is conveniently next door and will be getting my business from now on. Beware of Scam Prices.

Had Erickson haul away a junk car. They were the first place we were able to call and get a decent price and get it scheduled for the same day. They barely asked questions and got it done. The other places wasted our time with terrible offers and poor scheduling. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they priced it lower than one of the other companies that wasted our time. At least Erickson stuck to the quoted price though.
