When another location would not fit me in to have my brace adjusted, Nicole made sure they found a bit of time to help me out. They didn't even fit my brace originally, but picked up the slack when the other location wouldn't help me! I would choose this location over any other if you need this type of equipment!

First making and getting an appointment was a terrible experience. Faxing dr. Orders several times to be told they are not received Waiting several weeks for the appointment to finally come , then im told they do not make custom shoes. Really you did not think to tell me this earlier

Patient-Understanding-Calm-Understands what you are going through-they made sure the custom boot fit the way it was supposed to and made some changes. Brett was great. Doreen was exceptional as well intervening in a insurance issue between doctors to ensure that ME--the patient-- paid the amount I was supposed to pay.

We had a very positive experience with your clinic. The tech was knowledgeable ,considered and made my prose tic fit perfectly the receptionist also was very congenial and met our needs with a wheelchair when we arrived. Our appointment was on time with a minimum wait. Everybody there was great ,a credit to your company

They always take their time and answer all my questions. If I have problems with the AFO fitting after a few weeks they always get us in quickly to get the problem sorted out and the orthotic comfortable for my daughter to wear.

They are very friendly people to work with. I felt welcome not like a busy doctors office where you are in and out they take time with you to resolve your problems with walking.I would recommend my friends and family to this place.
