They have the best design team! One of the benefits of shopping with Arhus included a in home consultation and complimentary design service. Using this free service helped me beyond measure! I loved seeing the design layout plan. It made designing the interior of my home everything its should be. Exciting, Creative and Fun. Some of the layout design I stuck with and some I changed. The team was flexable and patient with me always...They helped bring my home to life. Shopping in store is also very nice! Lots of floor sample sales! If you like to be inspired and not harrassed by a sales team with a tone of introductions and questions the second you walk in the door you will appreciate the enviorment. The staff is always helpful when approached & always welcoming to me. There creativity is a such a vibe. I appreciate them and all they do.

I purchased 2 leather chairs for $4000 each and after 2 months they began staining terribly I called the store and they had me send pictures after 6 months of fooling around with them I talked to the concierge and was told I should not have been given this number. 2 more months and the concierge talked to me. In 24 hours I received an email to call them and they said they do not warranty any of their leather so nothing will be done don't buy here.

the customer service here is absolutely horrible! i drove in from the city to check out their floor sample sale and i was blown away at how horrible they treated their customers - i'll stick with RH worth every penny to never feel that way again!

Don't bother making any big purchases from Arhaus if you expect quality products with good customer service to back it up. We purchased two cabinets back in November of 2021 and we were told that due to delays we would not be receiving our cabinets until the first week of April. Well April came and past May came and past and we finally received our cabinets in June of 2022. But when they arrived one of the Cabinets had a cut as if a box cutter went straight across the front of the cabinet. Immediately I emailed pictures of the damaged product to Arhaus and the response I received was that they were short staffed but someone from their team would be reaching out to me soon. Well it's been a few weeks since we received the damaged good and still no contract from Arhaus. We are disappointed to say the least as this is a quick phone call that would resolve our problem and concerns, but it's obvious that they care nothing about customer service as their job is done with the sale. We will do whatever it takes to get our damaged items replaced, but we do not want anyone to go through what we went through with Arhaus.

I had a great experience working with Risa. Store manager is a super nice lady. She took her time to research and find the best pieces. Furniture is really nice and customer service is amazing

BUYER BEWARE. This is not the quality furniture you would expect from an Arhaus furniture store. At least not for me... I believe with all the effects of covid, my furniture is not the quality it should be. My furniture (a sectional and a recliner) was ordered January '21. The sectional was delivered the end of August of '21. Still waiting on the recliner. I have been very patient. I have been waiting for someone from their concierge team to contact me since Feb '22. regarding the quality of the fabric construction on my sectional. (I sent my first inquiry to my salesman in Nov '21...Photos). I have been waiting months for a phone call from a member of their concierge team. I have been in contact with the claims department, and nobody will return a call. Today I contacted concierge myself. After a few emails was told that they gave me wrong information and they couldn't send anyone out to look at my sectional because it doesn't fall under the limited warranty that Arhaus covers and to contact a warranty service. Not the one they sold me with the sale of my furniture. I called back, upset and wanting to talk to a manager, which they would not put me in contact with and put me on hold a few times and came back with... As a courtesy we will send out a tech to see if the fabric can be repaired. A cushion is coming unsewn at the seam also....This is a $5000.00 sectional! I am so upset and discouraged with Arhaus. After waiting 7 months for my table and dining chairs, the assembly crew left after destroying the table. It was wobbly and the dining chairs pushed in on one side differently then the opposite side, and drilled holes into the top of the table. The Crew left and I called for someone to come inspect the completely damaged table. That person declared it to be totaled and it would need to be re-ordered. I am still waiting on the replacement table and have received one email saying there was an expected arrival date sometime in January. As I didn't hear any updates I called the store and the person I spoke with said it's now expected mid-march. It was odd how he thought it was humorous as to how long I've been waiting for the table. So 14 months later and I have yet to receive my table. I have purchased several pieces from this store, unfortunately I could never recommend to a friend or family member. From customer service to assembly crew it has been horrible.
