I recently bought a 2014 Jaguar XK Convertible from ICars in Chicago. I had the benefit of working with Z (Zoran) and he made the entire process seamless and professional. He pointed out any cosmetic issues with the car and provided all the maintenance records on the vehicle, which helped me make the decision to buy the car.
He was very prompt with all the follow up and we found common ground to make the transaction successful. There are many options with online car buying, but this is my third time buying a car online and it was, by far, the easiest purchase. A majority of the credit goes to Z, he was very good and made me very comfortable with the purchase. ICars is lucky to have him on their team!!

Well this review has been a long time coming. Purchased a 2015 Cla45 AMG from iCars back in January of 2023. The price was decent but the sunroof would not open and close correctly, they said it needed to be calibrated. Come to find out the entire left track and connections needed to be replaced. $1200. Then the big issue, they have mechanics who inspect these cars, drive them before being sold and so forth. About 7 months into owning the vehicle, the transmission gets stuck in only 2nd and 4th gear. after getting 4 opinions including from Mercedes, the transmission needs to be replaced. They dropped the pan with chunks of metal coming out I've purchased used cars probably 14 times in my life and not once have ever needed a new transmission. The cost?? $11,000. Please be careful, and do your due diligence with this dealership. Bring someone who is more knowledgeable or just stear clear in general. It doesn't look like the purchase the top of the line cars judging by their showroom, just what "looks" flashy.
Edit: In response to Barry's response... This issue happened 7 months after purchasing the car not 2 years. I was also told by your sales rep, 5 minutes ago, that the only check done was to check for codes. Even when the transmission failed no codes came up. So that check was almost pointless. I was called today for zero reason other than to, what I assume, try to convince me I'm in the wrong to leave this review Also, there is no way I would trust your dealership to make a recommendation on where to take the car after being sold a car with a failing transmission. What I've stated in this review are facts. I've only put 4k miles, baby miles with no abuse, on this car. I should not have to purchase an extended warranty because of the fact that all your dealership did was check for codes instead of a thorough inspection. I don't appreciate the call if no resolution was offered and I understand you need to leave a response but I will as well Again to anyone reading this, do your due diligence. First time making an out-of-state purchase and committing to a vehicle technically site unseen. Jasin made the process seamless from initial contact phone call all the way through to receiving the car keys.
I came across a posting "pics coming soon" for a vehicle I had been looking for. I called and Jasin and I discussed my situation and options. I explained I was coming out of state. He sent pics of the car from all angles so that nothing was left to question. The vehicle did come with an aftermarket exhaust and wheels and Jasin likewise provided a video of the vehicle starting up, idling and revving. I agreed to put a deposit (non-refundable) on the car and began making the arrangements to get out to Chicago area the following weekend.
Upon arrival, the car was prepped and ready to go. Took a quick test ride and the purchase process was less than 30 mins. No muss, no fuss process. In and out the door. Car is a stunner even though its pushing almost 10yrs.
