Terrible store!! Awful customer service, rude owner and cashier! My aunt went here to see if she could return a dress and started to insult her and make her feel uncomfortable by saying derogatory comments about her ethnicity and language barriers. Never shopping here again and would recommend to take your business elsewhere where they treat their customers with respect and kindness.

I must say that the staff is consistent in their abundance in lack of quality customer service. Employees will converse between each without even saying hello to customers. Even if they are walk directly across your path. I've experienced this a number of times and also witnessed it. I used to truly enjoy shopping their other locations, but since they closed, I rarely go to the Skokie location because of the lack of service. I tried to give them another chance, but the combination of the lack of customer appreciation, lack of customee service, and the unappealing clothing selection they carry now (inventory chances but the unprofessional customer service has become a staple). I've concluded that this is not just employees experiencing an off day. They appear not to care.

Ther were' t many customers in the store yesterday, so the saleswomen were not busy. However, none of them thought to clean up the mess a bit. It was't the first time that there was a mess in the restroom

Fox's is an amazing store, not only because of their vast array of different styles of beautiful, competitively priced ( without sacrificing quality or cutting edge fashion) clothing but the exceptional sales service of Sara. I shop at many stores across the country but nowhere have I ever received the attention, the kindness, the assertiveness and patience- that I receive when shop with Sara. She is truly "one of kind", who takes pride in assisting customers and puts their needs first, never trying to sell any piece of clothing that doesn't benefit or address one's needs. I speak not only on my behalf but for my many friends and family customers who always seek Sara's service, when shopping at Fox's. Sara is honest, direct, caring and incredibly helpful. She is truly an asset to the store and customers and is the reason I am such a loyal and frequent Fox's shopper.
