Old Orchard BP has always been so helpful servicing my Honda. Jim Lake and Ricky have always been wonderful.....very honest and fair in their dealings with me. I understand Ricky is no longer there and wondered if anyone knew where he is working now? Thank you!

My credit card got skimmed at this gas station, so beware. Over $1k in losses. Make sure to check cc machines at the pumps.

Change your hours. Says you open at 6am Attendant didn't show up til 615am and then says pumps won't be on for another 30 min.

came to this gas station last night and was refused the sale of a LIGHTER despite the fact that we had proper ID showing I was 21+, even though we don’t even smoke it’s utterly ridiculous I had to show ID. I didn’t catch her name, but I would love to complain about her I will likely call sometime tomorrow to see if you can get her name from her shifts. Terrible service. She left her mask off when I entered the building, which made me super uncomfortable as she looked rather sickly and sounding like she’d been coughing. When I was at the cashier, not to sound unserious, could smell her odorous breath even with her mask on and over the counter - I’m not exaggerating you should tell your employees to chew some gum you got on those shelves unless that would lose you too much compensation cause your establishment looks like it’s deteriorating might I add. Poor service, poor breath, poor interior, poor all around.

I am constantly stoping by on my way to or from work. I have always been treated with such kindness and professionalism from all the staff members. Eight out of ten times I’m there I see Hope and she is always a pleasure to talk to and is more than helpful! Thank you guys for being fantastic.

Came tonight to put gas at 9 pm (hours online say 7am- 10:00 pm every day?) The white, old, short, female cashier named Hope informed me that they're closed so I proceeded to walk back to my car. I sat in my car to look up a nearby gas station and the cashier came out the gas station with a man telling me I can leave now. She was obnoxiously clapping her hands in the air saying to leave now and laughing with the man. She continued to taunt me behind closed doors acting tough. Super unprofessional and childish for two grown adults.

Had a horrible experience with a staff member. She was a short, white lady, possibly works night shifts. She harassed me and was rude to me simply because I stopped by to pump gas not knowing they were closed this was around 9pm (although there online hours say 10pm closing). She was so unprofessional. I want an apology and I want to know her name. No customer should be harassed.

Pumps were not working properly, spent 5 minutes on one, did not work, had to go to another one and same story. The pump stopped all the time, and when I asked to get assistance I was told “go play with the angle,” exactly what I have been doing for 10 minutes. Finally when it started working, still the machine stopped half way and we just left.

Honest and quality service. Very reasonable prices and no nonsense whatsoever. Jim takes tons of pride in his business and treats his customers and staff exceptionally well. BP has been my go to ever since I began driving. I live out in the southwest suburbs now, but I'll still bring my car all the way here because of the service!

James T. Lake and sidekick Ricky are fantastic to deal with, alway quick with the fix and it gets done in a timely fashion. I wouldn't send my friends and associates to Jim and company it I didn't feel that the service they would receive would be byond great. Thank you Jim for all your help!
