If you want your hair done and done right you need to ask for Lauren. I've been going to her for years. She is so good that I followed her from her previous place. It's never easy finding somebody who knows how to cut your hair the way you want. She's been doing it right since day one! Salon Platinum is lucky to have her and so am I. This place is more for old people/citizens. Do not go here if you want an updated look , you will leave unhappy and unsatisfied!!! Sometimes people say they have a few years of experience but if so, you would think they would know how to match colors or make a difference. Especially when you show them a picture of what you would like done to your hair. This place does not even deserve a one star!

this establishment is very clean, their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and nice. I took my significant other here and was blown away by the professionalism and care for their clients. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Lori was a real savior for my daughter! Last minute cancellation by another place and Lori set her up with Donovan on very short notice before homecoming. The salon was very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, snd Donovan knocked it out of the park on her 'do! She's extremely happy and says it is the best ever! Thank you Salon Platinum for coming through in the clutch! Definitely returning!
