Love this VA clinic. Have been going here for years, The staff and Drs are nice and courteous. I’ve never had an issue with appointment wait times. The nurses and Drs are tentative and listen and offer a wide variety of solutions. Highly recommend this VA clinic

This place is so slow why would it take an hour to see a Dr. Why???????? Please hurry up the process. I understand most patients are of a certain age but old people have lives too. Hurry tf up next time.

Best VA Clinic ever. I've used VA clinic's in North Carolina (Lord no!) and Washington state (okay...100x better then Carolina!). Best VA Clinic ever.

The Shiloh clinic is totally useless in times of actual need. Routine appointments are fine but when I’ve actually needed them, totally useless. No urgency or care for my problem. I end up using a private dr with Tricare for things that come up.

Words just don't capture the disgust and frustration of dealing with the medical personnel here, specifically Dr. Dewan. The administrative team is trying so hard to help folks and they are top-notch, as are the nurses. The challenge is everything which supports the incompetence of the doctor is good, but the doctor himself (who hasn't seen patients in person for over a year) is, perhaps, the least compassionate, absent-minded and non-communicative human to have ever, allegedly, taken the Hippocratic oath. By Dr. Dewan's lack of follow-up and painfully absent concern for patients he is propigating irrepairable harm, anxiety and frustration for and upon Veterans. Frankly, this clinic (and the VA more broadly) would be better off if Dr. Dewan found employment outside the malpractice-litigation safety net of the federal government and VA. Truly a pity. On the bright side, I cannot say enough nice things about the administrative staff, especially Jeff, the clinic director, who spends an unnecessary amount of time cleaning up behind Dr. Dewan. Thank God for Jeff and his team.

It's what I expect from a VA clinic. My other doctor faxed paperwork twice... They never got it. Had to hand carry it. When I did, I got to deal with somebody behind the counter who tended towards the defensive side. Oh well...

Just got off the phone with them i have requested transfer from stlouis 2 shiloh since i live n illinois the doc in stlouis has no bedside manners no expression n probabably be better off picking mangos in india

Friendly staff, very clean environment and the overall visit was very prompt with hardly any wait time, even including in house lab work after my appointment. Thank you for making my (first) experience A+!!!

Both the doc and NP i have seen have been fantastic.It has been easy to get an appointment and never had to wait very long to be seen. I have to agree with others sbout the front staff. Not very friendly and openly talk about personal issues in front of veterans.Professionalism needs to be addressed.

My first visit to the VA for treatment today. They hit it out of the park. Staff, Doc were all great and assisted me with more things than I ever thought they would. I came in for one issue and we wound up addressing a half dozen. Super job and if your Vet... see them!

I can’t say anything great about this office. As a family member to a patient I have seen the struggle they go through for simple care. I am disappointed in how they treat veterans in general and would not leaving your family in their care.

Think the clinic has went down hill from when the clinic was in Belleville. If you really need help, best to go somewhere else, don’t go here.
