He was attentive and kind, even though the store was packed with people since it was the release date of the new iPhone. He made switching to T-Mobile a breeze and transferring all my data from one phone to another was simple.”

“Josiah is the man! Knows his stuff and always comes in clutch with the best recommendations. We ask a ton of questions and it’s always nice when he tells you his professional opinion based on the questions we ask. Some other cats in there will say “well based off looks I’d go this one” or “I’m not sure I use something else”. That’s not really what we asked, but ok. Next time we run into Josiah we will see what days he works so we can come in when he’s there. He’s the best!”
“I come to Swansea location on occasion. It's better parking than Shilo. Much better selections too. Shilo usually is out on certain things. I use the target cartwheel app for deals.”

“DJ Jones is the MAN! I went in to upgrade 3 Iphones and he recommended switching to a new plan which included an almost free Iphone 15 for each of us. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided superior customer service and saved me serious $$$. The plus is he is an Army veteran (I'm a USAF retiree) and we talked about our time in the armed forces. “Rating 5 stars SPECIFICALLY for PAM the cashier. There’s nothing more frustrating than a cashier trying to push a store card or rewards membership on you. But when Pam tells you to get your phone out and open up the Circle app YOU LISTEN!! This saint of a woman saved me almost $100 with two coupons that I had just sitting there. Also, just a PSA to the other Target employees: When Pam calls for backup at the registers, please go help her. Basically the moral of the story is, listen to Pam. And give her a raise. Thanks!”
